Located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Morrocoy in Ixtapa, Mexico this beautiful 3 bedroom (1130sq.ft) townhouse is available for rent. Your transportation from and to the airport can be done by our parents, but please let us know if this is what you want. You are safe and secure. This is a gated community that has, 24 hour security. Featuring an open concept design on two levels, this fully furnished property has it all! Some of the features include a full kitchen, air conditioning in each room, washer and dryer, big screen satellite TV, a car port and a gorgeous swimming pool right outside your patio doors!
Upstairs, in the master bedroom awaits a comfortable king size bed, a full closet and a master suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two single beds. Both #2 & #3 rooms come with closets and share an additional full bathroom on this floor. In all, 6 can sleep in the current configuration but, with an addition of some air mattresses, could be however many you need. Two double-wide air mattresses with full bedding and pillows will be provided.
Groceries can be purchased at Oxxo, a small shopping plaza located within the complex 1 minute from the house by foot, or a supermarket in Ixtapa. However, trips to Ixtapa and the beach will require some sort of transportation. A city bus is available at the gate, and a taxi will cost $7.00 each way. It is very easy to drive around in Ixtapa, so consider renting a car as well (about $50 per day). In all, counting the drive and finding parking, your total trip, doorstep to being on the beach or downtown, will take about 5 - 6 minutes.
This brand new property is offered at LOW SEASON PRICING of $150 CND per night for quad occupancy. For variations in price (due to length of stay, number of occupants or similar) please contact us. A damage deposit is required.
