We're so glad we found this place! The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and right on the beach, not just an "ocean view" but practically in our living room. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed and well maintained -- it felt like a true home away from home. The flat screen TVs were a nice touch, but the view outside was spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool quite a bit. Can't wait to get back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

There were more positives than negatives and we had a wonderful time but the negatives seemed to stick in my mind. The biggest was on our last day we had to kill 2 big bugs (one in kitchen and one in the bathroom). The others I am sure they are in the process of updating (painting the entrance and porch) as the positives were evident (newer appliances, TV, best washer/dryer combo I've come across in vacation). Otherwise, big enough for 5 adults and 1 kid. Close to beach with beautiful views. Convenient to attractions. Pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Would go back but would ask about pest control.Owner response: I am very disappointed that you did not tell me when you saw the 2 bugs so that I could have contacted the exterminators immediately. I ask that all of my guests contact me (and I provide numbers) if they experience any problems with the condo. If I am notified, problems are corrected promptly. I cannot do anything about problems that I do not know exist. Seascape is on contract with a pest control company. The individual condos and the perimeter of the building are treated on a regular basis. Sometimes the technicians are denied access to a condo which could result in a bug or two but for the most part we are bug free. I have rented out this condo for 12 years and yours is the first complaint about bugs that I have received. As to the entrance, you have to realize that 14 families spent their vacations here this summer prior to your arrival. Scuffs and chips in the paint are caused by beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. This is normal wear and tear and is always repaired each year. Hopefully these very minor issues won't deter you from coming back!

We have been vacationing in NMB since 2000; we have stayed here since 2004. This unit is well cared for by its owners. Each year we have seen new things: all kitchen appliances have been replaced; new washer and dryer; new mattresses; new furniture; new rugs; new, up-to-date TV and DVR and free wi-fi. It is wonderful to sit on the patio (which is screened in) and have your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun come up and the waves come in! The owners have done everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to make your meals. The corner unit makes everything open and the views are fantastic. The location is excellent to go to Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, Broadway at the Beach and other attractions. There are many restaurants nearby if you care to dine out. The swimming pool and hot-tub are right there to enjoy. The beach is close and is wide so you have no trouble finding a spot for your chairs! Parking is right at the building and is close to the unit. This is one unit that is like a second home to my family. It is comfortable and well layed out. There is plenty of closet and dresser space. Each bedroom has its own TV and even a clock so you won't oversleep and miss a great vacation. The unit is spotless when we arrive, so cleaning people do a great job. We have stayed here for 8 years and have never been disappointed. Will I go back to Seascape 108???? You betcha!!!!! We have already booked our vacation for 2013!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My husband and I have rented #108 for the month of April for the past 5 years. The condo is well-maintained, clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. It is centrally located to all activities and restaurants, and the beach is beautiful. Our children and grandchildren have visited and everyone had a great time. We hope we can return there for many years to come. Visitors from NH.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Condo was nice, beach was beautiful, great time had by all! I would recommend this property. Parking during the weekend was a problem. We were there during a three day weekend (July 4, 2011). It was very difficult to land a parking spot in the resort's lot. Things did get better during the week. The room is on the first floor, but you have to go up about six steps. As far as I know the elevator only goes to the second floor and above. From the second floor you have to go down about six steps to get to the first floor. We were vacationing with my handicapped mother, fortunately she was able to negotiate the stairs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
