  The condo had been newly remodeled and was extremely clean. Location is great for access to the beach and eazy walking distance to the pier.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

  Owner response: Yes, we are only 6/10th of a mile north of the Garden City pier and just across the street from the beach. Hope to see you again in the future!

  What a fabulous condo. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Very well maintained and updated. We will definitely stay here again. I have stayed all over Garden City, Surfside and Ocean Lakes over the years and this was by far the best ever. It is small but feels very large and open. I would highly recommend this place.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

Whispering Sands is a great location - walking distance to the Pier, just a few steps to the beach and no more than 3 or 4 miles from the beautiful Murrells Inlet Marshwalk and their many restaurants. I do hope that you will visit us again - maybe during "parent's week"???

  I would like to say thank you for sharing you condo,it was just right for me and my daughters....We hope to be able to come again...The pool was the girls favorite..(we were there everyday). I did get to go to the beach one day.And we were able to see fireworks everynight from our balcony. The weather was great everyday..Thanks again and hope to see you again soon. The Ray Famiy!

  We gave this trip to our daughters for their college graduation. It's the first time they've vacationed without us. They had a wonderful time!! The condo was GREAT. It was clean and convenient to lots of places around Garden City. We love the area and always stay there. We didn't worry about a thing, Ms. Sweeney took care of everything they would need. She emailed directions to the condo and to various stores and resturants. They will definitely be back and have told all their friends about it. Thanks again for letting them stay in your condo.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Owner response: As you can see, our condo is perfect for the young traveler. We are within a short walk to the Garden City Pier and not far from wonderful restaurants. I was a little concerned about renting to under-25 year olds, but took the chance after speaking with their mother and being assured that the girls were responsible - I couldn't have asked for better tenants! I do hope that the girls will return - they are welcome anytime.

  This place is a deal! This is the kind of place we keep coming to VRBO to get. Caring owners you deal with directly, and the ability to find a good place for a good price. This place is just across the street from beach access, and a short walk to the pier and shops. The grocery store, walmart, the mall, and restaurants are a very short drive away. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked, the condo and the whole property was clean and maintained. It has been recently remodeled, it wasn't just a cheap coat of paint remodel either, the whole kitchen, all the flooring; it is beautiful. The pool is well maintained. It is on the third floor, which is really up 4 flights of steps, because it is on stilts, but it's worth it once you get up there because it is really nice inside. Marilyn is very helpful and there is a lot of great information about the area in the condo. Skip the corporate chain pizza and do yourself a favor by getting pizza from the Causeway Pizza. It was great! Also, we got a lot of great fish and shellfish from Seven Seas Fish Market. We loved Garden City and this condo and hope to be able to come back soon!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: Even being a "local" I didn't know about Causeway Pizza - that's something I'll have to try and make sure I get a menu for the condo. So glad you enjoyed our new kitchen preparing your seafood meals. Looks like I have a VERY satisfied customer and one I hope to see in the future for many years.
