Our unit 813 has all the comforts of home.Wake up and enjoy the calming sounds of the Atlantic Ocean waves.The ocean sunrise and bay sunset from our balcony will augment your vacation.
If you're lucky, a dolphin may wink at you on their daily swim by.
There many conveniences at your doorsteps.Either by walking to the beach,movies, or shopping or riding the local bus for $3 to the Ocean City 's famous boardwalk. You'll be busy.
Rentals restricted to couples and families.Credit card payments can be arranged through PAYPAL . No student age groups .Summer weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday, otherwise the rental schedule is fexible. .
There is 24/7 uniformed and camera security.
Sea watch charges $40 parking fee per vehicle at arrival during
prime season.
Our unit is no smoking and no pets.

My family rented out this unit last summer and stayed for the week. We spent countless hours at the beach, which was only a short walk and had direct access to the beach (the waves were great) . We went down to the boardwalk a few times (by trolley) but there is a lot to eat right around the complex. The unit was exceptionally clean and the owners (Emilia and her husband) made us feel right at home. They ensured that our check in process was seamless and even got us in earlier that if we had rented through the rental agency. The fridge was stocked with a few goodies too. Emilia kept us informed of events that were going on even before we got there and made sure we had a lot of information about the complex in advance. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated in a beach sort of theme. The balcony overlooked both the beach and the pool and we had some great views both up and down the beach. One night we had a thunderstorm and the lightening show was even amazing. Emilia also provided beach chairs, beach toys and laundry detergent for us to do our clothes which allowed us to bring less with us. There were some good restaurants in walking distance-the Green Turtle being one. A short drive allowed some good ribs and some 'all you can eat' buffets. The boys loved the Game Room and the adults loved the ice cream place. We cant go back to Ocean City this summer but I can guarantee that the next vacation to Ocean City will have us contacting Emilia to rent out her UnitRecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

My family and I had such a relaxing, fun vacation while staying in this condo at the Sea Watch. We watched the sunrise each morning from the balcony. And, once, we saw dolphins too. We couldn't take enough pictures. Of course the kids had fun on the beach. But they also loved the game room of the Sea Watch, as well as the indoor pool. These amenities were so great since we went down in Oct during the off-season. This condo was so beautiful and inviting- plenty of room for our family of 5. And the owners were so nice. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with young children.
