  We have stayed several times at Smuggler's Cove, and this unit was exceptionally clean. The remodeled condo is very attractive with furniture and flooring that is appropriate for families. The beach is just steps away!

  We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was in very good shape and was decorated nicely. All arrangements went smoothly, the owners were easy to contact and helpful. We will definitely consider a stay at this condo in the future.

  This condo is beautiful. The recent renovations are top notch and the beachfront view is breathtaking. It has everything you need for a great stay in Ft. Myers Beach and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back!

  Overall great stay! It was super clean when we arrived and fully stacked with anything you need during your stay- from kids beach toys to serving platters for dinner! Truly anything you need, just like home! Bill, the owner was more than accommodating with fanstatic communication and answers to all of our questions. What a great guy! Our kids, 5 and 7, had their own room which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night watching tv or sitting out on the patio. Leaving the sliding door slightly open in our master bedroom overnight allowed us to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves...AMAZING!

  4 of us stayed for a week in unti 5B4. Everything you need is furnished (blender, coffee pot, blow dryers, grill, etc) and the view is incredible! The beds were very comfortable. Being able to sit on the lanai was a nice touch! We didn't see many dolphins but did see a few and some baby sting rays on one of our morning walks. We enjoyed the pool and the grassy area in front of the condo for catching some sun and just relaxing and reading our books. Having Publix 3 blocks away made it easy to buy our food whenever we wanted to grill out. There is yacht club behind the Publix where you can rent a pontoon for a day on the water - very reasonably priced too! The location of this condo is about 1.5 miles from the night spots. However, the trolley stop is very close and the walk back to the condo at night was an easy stroll. Definitely need to go to Castaways on Saturday night for the band. Junkanoo was a good location for sunsets. We did have a bit of a problem with the showers: Master shower has little water pressure but the 2nd shower was great. We did have to call maintenance 1 time for the 2nd shower and they were very responsive to our issue. Note there are no spices of any kind so you have to bring them or buy them at the grocery. Bring / buy laundry detergent too....the laundry is conveniently located and only $1.25 a load. I would definitely rent this unit again. In fact, I have already told several people about this and suggested they travel down to Ft. Meyers Beach and stay here. The owners were great to work with and very nice!

  What a great place to stay! We decided on short notice to take a trip to Florida this year and found this condo through a friend. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Very clean and comfortable with access to lots of fun things to do in the area. The beach is also very nice and close. We'll be back! Mark, Pam, Mitch & Amber

  My family and I just returned from a great vacation at Fort Myers Beach, FL. We stayed at Smugglers Cove in Unit 5B4 and it was wonderful. We had a great view of the Gulf and beach and we saw dolphins every morning from our lanai. The beach along this area has white sand and our family really enjoyed our walks in the morning and evening. The condo itself was very clean and was set up to provide a very relaxing atmosphere----my son said it was paradise. The location of the condo was convenient to access eating establishments, grocery stores and entertainment venues. Our week at the condo went by way to fast and we hope we can visit it again some day. I would recommend this condo to everyone who is heading to Fort Myers Beach for a vacation, it was superb.

  The pool was great -- not so salty as I imagined! I got to see dolphins most mornings from the balcony which was a real thrill. The bed was very comfy and I loved the sounds of the ocean drifting off to sleep and on waking. A truly restful time before our long journey home today.
