  We had a fantastic time. The view was outstanding and seemed to change each day with the weather. The property was everything we had hoped for and more.

  My husband and I have stayed at many seaside houses and condos over 45 together.. But we both agreed that this was one of the best! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the condo itself was beautifully decorated and spotless when we arrived. The beds are great and tastefully done. We couldn't have been more pleased. • Great ocean front living

  We rented the place for a week in november, and spent a lovely week in Paia, Thanks to Katherina who was very helpful to organise our stay. The views from the lanai are as good as it can get. Paia is a lovely place to dine and shop despite the occasional trafic jams during peak hours.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

  My wife and I stayed a few days here before spending 7 days on the West side of the island. This small ocreanfront hideway was so relaxing and comfortable that we chose to stay and relax on the property rather than leave and explore Hana. Why leave paradise when we had already arrived and so convenient to Paia. Katerina the manager was so helpful and made sure we had all that we needed for our quiet intimate stay. We stayed in the single detached unit with our own private lawn and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the sun by day and stars by night. The tradewinds provided all the air conditioning and the sounds of the ocean lulled us into complete rest. We did drive to the town beach to swim and walk but that was fine since our goal was to be still and rest from long distance traveling. There are 4 units so be sure you understand what unit you will be staying in as the pictures online only show some of the units. All are nice and clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property from our experiences.

  Owner response: Pat, I am sorry that you were confused by the pictures. For just a few weeks in the beginning of the summer, a photographer had taken and added some pictures to the listing. Unfortunately, she added some pictures of another unit to this one and visa versa. THE POSTINGS WERE CORRECTED only a few weeks later, when we realized what had happened. Again, apologies to you Pat. FOR ALL OTHERS READING THIS REVIEW.... The pictures that you see on this listing, are EXACTLY of this upstairs unit, and a few of the common pool area. Pat must have seen the listing during the time when there were too many pictures on it available for viewing. Had I known there was any confusion on his part, I would have explained, but unfortunately, he did not express this to me -- even during their stay, in which they did tell me how much they liked the property and were enjoying themselves. Consequently, I only knew there was confusion on his part when I read this review. I am constantly updating the listing as best I can to insure that our prospective guests will be able to have the clearest idea possible of what our place is like when looking at our listing. • Great place in Paia

  My boyfriend and another couple and I rented this place for a week on Maui and it was amazing! We rented the top portion of the home which had a fabulous porch where we would sit and watch the sunset every night. The home is right on the water, and while there's no beach directly in front of the home (it's volcanic rock) there's a small beach within walking distance. Paia is definitely the best place to stay on Maui, it's not touristy but not in the middle of nowhere. We'll definitely be staying again at this great rental!

  My wife and i booked our honeymoon at Oceanfront Heaven and it was everything we were looking for. We had a beautiful ocean front view with our own surfing\paddle boarding spot. We had so much privacy and the service was spectacular. The place was fancy and cozy at the same time and charged us with an ocean energy vibe..and wave meditation sound therapy :) The host were supper nice and helpful. The property is in walking distance to the charming town of Paia , where we found several different fresh local Hawaiian produce. I miss the fresh papaya and the best fresh coconut water available there. We highly recommend Oceanfront Heaven . There is no place like Maui .

  We had an amazing holiday here. The place was perfect for our needs: oceanfront - permanent sound of waves and surfers shows. The property was exactly as the photos suggested it, Clean and fonctionnal for a beach holiday. ...and Paia is such a cool place! We'll rent it again next time we're in Maui, for sure :-)

Cancellation policy:

Lani Paradise House Rules and Rental Agreement 1. This is a smoke and pet free rental unit. Smoking permitted outside only. 2. Maximum occupancy 4. Any number over this must be approved by Landlord at the time the reservation is made. 3. Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Extended check out time can be arranged upon request if available. 4. All rents are paid in full at the time of booking. 5. Quiet hour begins at 10 p.m. - TVs, Music and other loud noises to be reduced and or stopped at that time. 6. No Parties 7. If Tenant(s) is planning a gathering with guests other than those renting the home, Tenant(s) need to get Landlord approval 24 hours in advance and disclose how many people will be attending. 8. Tenant(s) agrees to be responsible for all guests at all times. 9. The premises are to be used only as a private vacation residence for Tenant(s). Tenant will provide Landlord with a complete list of all occupants of premises. Tenant will not allow occupancy in excess of that agreed upon herein. 10. The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. 11. Landlord provides basic household supplies, dishes, utensils, etc. and a starter of items such as dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. 12. Guests(s) to provide all personal toiletries, including body soap and shampoo. 13. Guest(s) personally responsible for damages to the home and its belongings. 14. Upon check out please do not leave any personal belongings. 15. Reservation is complete once Tenant(s) receives an email confirmation from Landlord. 16. Guest(s) agrees to notify Landlord 60 days before any cancellation. 50% of total cost will be retained in the case of cancellation by Tenant.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
