  The cottage was nice and cozy. The lake was easily accessable and I thought it was great having a boat ramp. My daughter and wife enjoyed lying in the sun on the dock. We enjoyed grilling out on the back deck. All the folks around us were very nice.Would highly recommend anyone staying at the cottage.Thank you Glenn for letting us stay at your lovely place.

  The house was very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. We were glad they had a boat ramp is one of the reasons we picked this particular location. The week we stayed there went fast but we enjoyed it tremendously. The neighbors were very friendly. We highly recommend it to other vacationers. Hopefully it will be available for next years rental.

  This place was exactly as described on VBRO. We had a wonderful week on the lake!!! Great for fisherman with or without a boat.

  Our two week vacation was very enjoyable. We liked the quiet location and the weather cooperated by being mostly in the 80's. The neighbors and even the dogs were friendly. We would rent the house again.

  Spent more time than we wanted in the house due to crappy weather. And I am not referring to the fish. Some days it was warmer in PA, Last year it was 80's, this year mostly 30's to 50's. Thank goodness the property is so nice.

  My family (six adults) stayed for the New Year's weekend and were pleased. Comfortable and clean. I think this would make a nice place to spend a week in summer. Listing was accurate. The guys brought our road bikes and got a 35 mile bicycle ride in on some great country roads to Dreher Island State Park and back. Convenient to the interstate. Went to Charleston for a day which was only 2 hours away. Convenient to gas/groceries in Chapin. Neighborhood dogs were friendly and made themselves right at home on the deck.

  Everything was clean, very nice w/everything you could need or want when getting away for a weekend. Very professional w/nice set up and easy to follow instructions for boat, entertaining, and arrival/departure information. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if visiting the area.

  My family & I spent a week here to un-wind, relax, and celebrate the start of the school year! This was the perfect house to do that. From the horseshoes & other games in the yard, the floating on rafts on the lake, to gathering around the large kitchen table to play board games....this week could not have been any better! The house is exactly as pictured and described. The location is ideal...close enough to make a run into town for pizza but far enough away that you can "get away from it all". I would definitely recommend this property to friends. Thank you Glenn for making the reservation process easy and our vacation a memorable one!

  We wanted to go on a vacation this year where we didn't have to drive too far. This was awesome. We brought the jet ski, backed it right down the driveway into the lake. The house had everything you needed. Well thought out.

  One word..... Amazing. Most relaxing vacation ever. The house was perfect. Loved how it was decorated. You could really see the owners put their heart into their home. Loved the large kitchen table. My kids were totally unplugged and we had quality family time. Thanks to the owners for thinking of everything. This is a must to rent. We will be back.
