  This is a true find. Great value for the money. The location is superb. Fabrizio met us at the funicular and introduced us very well to the apartment. Apartment was well equipped with everything and in the heart of the city. A very unique experience. We highly recommend staying here!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and I were very happy with this lovely apartment in the beautiful and historic hill town of Orvieto. The property is well-located, within easy walking distance of restaurants, town sights, and transportation, yet with a very quiet location. The apartment was spotless, nicely appointed, and had the special advantage of a friendly and very helpful owner, Fabrizio, and his charming assistant, Mandy. He picked us up at the funicular station, and gave us a great orientation to the apartment and answered all our questions about local restaurants and sights. Fabrizio made us feel right at home, and we would be happy to return in the future.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  My sister and i stayed in the apartment. It was wonderful! Close to the city center and although the parking was a little far away, we were able to park nearby to unload the car. The owner was terrific in helping us and recommending places to eat. The only difficult part was the stairs, which we had no trouble with, but it would be good to include that in the description, so that if you had an older guest they would realize that it is up several sets of stairs. The unit was very clean and well set up, plenty of kitchen ware and an espresso machine. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone.

  Our stay in Orvieto was just wonderful, Fabrizio and Mandy were helpful from the start. We had never used VRBO in Italy and Mandy was patient and understanding with any problems we had with the logistics. The apartment was absolutely the best! The place looks recently remodeled and has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. We stayed in 4 apartments in 4 different cities in Italy and this was by far the best. The location in the medium hill town, Orvieto, was ideal for exploring the county side and Orvieto was a great little town in itself. We would love to stay for a month. You must try Gelateria Pasqualetti, gelato to die for. The Orvieto Underground is quite unique and worth a visit.

  Great little apartment in the heart of Orvieto. Easy access to the train station or bus station to be used as a home base for travel to Rome or Firenze, or anywhere in between. If you are travelling by car the possibilities are endless.
