Beautiful, smoke-free home located in Seacrest Beach Subdivision on fabulous 30-A highway. The home is located so close to the amazing 12,000 square foot swimming pool and just a short walk to the amazing white sand Gulf beaches.
Designer furnishings and builders extras fill the home. The home has two covered patios- one in the front and one in the back to sit back and relax.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the masterbath has two vanities, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has french doors that open to a patio.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and has french doors that open to a patio. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds- great for kids! There are four TV's, three VCR's, and a DVD player.
The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and granite countertops with a large breakfast bar. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for those extra guests! The 12,000 square foot pool has two waterfalls, a fountain, two bathhouses and shaded areas for the little ones.

Walk through the wonderful landscaped community to get to both the pool and the beach. You are only a few blocks from the 16 mile paved bicycle path running along 30-A. World class golf courses only three minutes away.
Walk to Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. Seaside and Watercolor only five miles away.
