We are very proud of our private retreat here on 30A. Waterside (102 at the Bungalows) was furnished and opened to the rental market late in the spring of 2012. Our goal was to let you relax and feel at home unlike your typical beach rental property. You will find the new furnishings are as nice as any larger home in the area. We also made sure to add brand new flat screens in every room just in case you get tired and need a break from the sand and sun! The property is completely renovated and easily the newest and nicest in the community.
Waterside sits two blocks from the beach and a row off the parking lot for extra solitude. Come enjoy both of the community pools, one heated with a hot tub! Of course the main reason you are here is to enjoy the pristine sugar white beaches of 30A which are only minutes away. Behind our home sits a natural pond filled with lily pads and wildlife. Relax at the dining room table with your morning coffee while you look over the serene water of the lake. At night the choruses of frogs are a great way to enjoy the star filled sky.
We are centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina’s is also within walking distance for pasta and if you are in the mood for a easy meal then Bruno’s pizza is hard to beat. Livewell concierge can have any number of bikes you need or a street legal golf cart delivered before you arrive to help enjoy the area.
30A Cottages provides all your concierge needs through our exclusive concierge partner LiveWell Bikes. Including but not limited to: bike and golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf and Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations and spa services. The list goes on and on while vacationing with 30A Cottages and Concierge call us for anything you wish!
Direct flights are available from the new Panama City Beach (ECP) airport (only 20 minutes away). The Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) is now flying direct from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando also! Remember to ask about available airport transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 5% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
