Renovated Family Retreat. The perfect Family Getaway is waiting for you. This home offers three floors, elevator service, three separate living areas, and an elevated pool with over 1000 sqft of deck space. 4200 Sqft.
First Floor: Two large bedrooms with on suite baths. King in the first master. Very Spacious. Master Bath offers walk in shower with glass enclosure and custom tile work. Large Jacuzzi tub finishes our the bath. The first guest room is located off the dining area and has a queen iron bed. Wainscoting adds to the beach decor. On suite bath with walk in shower with glass surround and pedestal sink. This bedroom opens onto the deck overlooking the pool.
A true professional grade kitchen makes this vacation retreat a real treat. A 6 burner Gas Range, Griddle and dual ovens can prepare the largest of meals. Built-in Refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher, and a large breakfast bar. Plenty of storage and counter space. High Chair provided!
The dining area is large and seats 10. The open space lets you interact with what’s going on in the kitchen and living room.
The large vaulted living room adjoins the kitchen. Two Full Sized sofas with additional seating make this living room a great family hangout. Large wall mounted LG LCD with blue ray player. The floating 3 story staircase winds to the third floor.

Second Floor: The second Living area greets you at the foot of the stairs. Oak hard wood floors provide a warm space with a game table with 4 chairs. Large LCD TV with dvd and seating area for kid’s entertainment. Large Deck overlooking the pool accessed off the game table area.
The second guest room is truly cool. A sailfish mural sets the tone of being at the beach and frames the Twin Beds( each with an additional trundle underneath). The opposite wall paints a mural of Palm Trees on the beach. Artwork provided by a known local artist.
The second Master Suite has queen sized bed and access to a covered deck. An amazing master bath with large walk in shower with Rain Head and Body Spray heads.

Third Floor: Rich wood floors and ceilings! Large Kids area with LCD TV and dvd player. Guest room #3 has twin beds and another amazing mural of the Sullivan’s Island Bridge. An on suite bath and access to a covered deck.
Guest room #4, soft pastels, queen bed and on suite tiled bath completes the third floor.
There is ample parking in the Garage and driveway and an outdoor shower and gas grill for those Summer BBQ's! 4 Seat Golf Cart makes the beach run a breeze!
Beach access is a short 5 minute walk from the front door to the sand. All you need is a swimming suit.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house with a group of friends. Comfortably housed six couples. Plenty of room to not feel crowded and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. The kitchen was AMAZING! When we first arrived my husband commented that it was even more beautiful than the pictures! We loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Using the golf cart, you could get to the beach in no time. It was a gorgeous beach that was not very crowded. Definitely recommend this place!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were here with a group of 12 people total and there was room for everyone! The locaton is fabulous...can't get much closer to the beach! The house is beautiful, and the view was great from all the rooms. The house is in a great neighborhood, far enough away from town to be quiet at night, but close enough that everything is convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We used this beautiful house for a getaway with 5 other couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom making the stay very comfortable and private. The house is clean and nicely decorated with fun colors and current decor. It is well equipped for large groups with the kitchen having a 6 burner stove, double oven, and large side by side refrigerator. The owner even provides a cart for you to tote your beach items on the short walk to the beach. The access point for the beach was never crowded and has a nice plastic walkway covering the soft sand, unlike other access points along the same stretch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Destination Relaxation" and would reccomend it to anyone getting away with a large group of people!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time! The house was huge and very nice. We loved the kitchen, having a bathroom in every bedroom, the pool, the grill, etc. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Everything was very nice!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house was so beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days with our church group and had a wonderful experience. The house is close to the beach and the golf cart made it very easy to being items to the beach. The pool was nice to swim in and the elevator made it very easy to bring our luggage to and from the car. Each room has a cute theme and the kitchen is great to cook in. Overall, we had a fabulous experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
