  We stayed at Hampton Palms for three weeks over Easter and had a fantastic stay. This beautiful villa is in a perfect location, within easy driving distance of all the major attractions Orlando has to offer. It's located on a peacful street, and it was lovely to return 'home' after a hectic day in the parks and be able to relax by the pool. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished. There were six in our party but it was clear the villa would easily be able to accomodate more than this. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen and games room were very well equiped. We would recommend the villa to anyone and won't hesitate in staying there again when we next visit Orlando. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  This home was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. We were a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). The floor plan is awesome, and we even discussed how perfect it would be for our own homes. The adults stayed in the 2 down-stairs bedrooms, allowing us to put all the kids to bed up stairs and not disturb them if we wanted to stay up later. The towels were soft, the rooms large, the appliances new and easy to use. The property as a whole was well-maintained and homey. When we were at the house, the kids spent most of their time in the play room (garage). It was too cold for us to use the pool when we arrived, and we were too beat at the end of the day later in the week. It is beautiful, though, and would be great for a warmer-weather trip. I just can't imagine making this trip again and staying in a hotel. The comforts of home, use of a kitchen (and grill!), and a space to allow the kids to relax and play are just too inviting to pass up. We didn't mind driving to Universal, as it was easy to hop on I-4, and Disney was even closer. If we make it back to the Orlando area in the next few years (and I hope we do) we will definitely try to book Hampton Palms before looking at any other options. Dave was wonderful to deal with, and Collin, the property manager, was great as well. One of our party lost his wedding ring in the house. It was promptly located and is being sent back to him as we speak. Thanks again, Dave! We hope to be staying with you again in the next couple of years!

  The house was absolutely perfect. It was just as described and as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and well-kept. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The Christmas tree was so thoughtful. We found the grocery store and drug store easily. The complex was quiet and peaceful. It was a pleasure walking through the development. Working in the fully equipped kitchen was easy. The location was close enough, but not too close. I would definitely recommend this to others and stay there again in the future.

  We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the use of your home for our vacation. Everything was clean and we lacked for nothing. We made dinner our first night, and breakfast every morning while we were there, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Although we didn't have a need for them, we could appreciate the fact that the home accommodates even the youngest of guests with a crib and a high chair. One thing we especially appreciated was the system for the front door...not having to keep track of a house key while traipsing around Disney was very comforting. We were very comfortable at Hampton Palms, and would not hesitate to return. I will say, though, that I don't think the pictures did this home justice. =) Thank you so much for helping to give us a great vacation!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Everything was just as described on the website. A great location in lovely peaceful surroundings - a perfect place. The property was beautifully clean and well maintained. There was plenty of communication with the owner before our stay and all our questions were answered. I liked the fact that there plenty of spare light bulbs when one of the bulbs blew during a storm. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. It was close enough to all the main attractions in Orlando and very handy for shopping (Publix was less than 5 minutes, Target about 7 minutes, gas station less than 5 mins) and a straight run on the I4 from International Airport. There were plenty of restaurants close by. We will be going back

  Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Colin was able to solve any problems we had quickly...ran out of propane and adjusting the A/C. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Lots of bedding, beach towels. Really appreciated the computer and printer. Listing description was accurate, great location and layout. I would certainly recommend this property and would rent there again next year.

  My family and I really enjoyed this vacation home. We could not complain about anything bc everything was so perfect. The moment we walked in I felt like i was home. Everything so was clean and spotless. Anything we needed was right there for us to use. The property is well maintained and comfortable. i would recommend this to anyone looking to go on vacation for a resonable price. The attraction were no more than 15 to 20 mins away and the shopping centers are very close. Good job to the owner who was very pleasant and dependable. Keep up the good work.

Payment via PayPal. Deposit of $150 and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

All prices are including sales and Florida tourist taxes. Pool heat is optional at $150 per week. Short stays of less than 7 nights attract a cleaning fee of $150.
