This recently renovated and professionally decorated, 3 bedroom cottage is full of personality and fun for all ages. The home is conveniently located South of 30-A and a short walk (approximately 100 yards) to the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
On the first floor you will find a large, bright and cheery family room with sectional sofas, which can be converted into sleeper beds, as well as TV with DVD/VCR. Also on the first floor is a tiled bedroom with Queen bed and adjoining full bathroom. The first floor is surrounded on two sides by a wooden deck for relaxing.
The bright and airy second floor features a dramatic cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and plenty of light. The second level has an open floor plan with an updated kitchen, two dining areas, family room, and bunk room all flowing nicely together. The second level family room also has room for lounging, as well as TV/DVD/VCR and fireplace.
In a neat alcove off the family room, there is a small bunk room with bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The kitchen and dining areas open up to a large tree top deck with Gulf views and patio furniture for your dining, sunning or relaxation pleasure. Off the family room, on the second/main level is a spacious Master Suite with King bed and full bathroom as well as washer/dryer.
Finally, the third level consists of a cozy, private retreat with Queen bedroom. It has its own adjoining full bathroom. In total, this beach home can easily sleep 10 with plenty of room for the family. This home is just minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as being conveniently located between Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. There are miles of bike paths, beautiful lakes and State Parks, providing plenty of outdoor recreation.
