This is a big and very cozy 4 bedroom and 3 bath Keys-style home with beautiful marble flooring. It has a very large living room, with a comfy couch and direct access to the dining room and outside area. The kitchen has wood cabinets and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with all the essentials. The house has a garage that has been converted into a laundry room. Two bathrooms have been refinished in tumbled marble.
We have lots of great dockage for multiple boats. The large docking area extends 100 feet and includes a small slip that fits a boat up to 23’. Also there is plenty of room for trailers on the lot next to our home. There is a local public boat ramp that is free and very close to our home.
The house is located in Lower Matecumbe on MM74 and sits beside a protected deepwater canal with direct ocean access, so bring your boat! Our outside area has a bbq grill and outdoor furniture for relaxing after a long day of fishing!

We are asking $1500 a week plus 12.5% tax and $150 cleaning fee. $750 security deposit. A minimum of 1 week rental. We offer a monthly rate of $4500 plus 12.5% tax and $150 cleaning fee. Checks, Money Order or Cashiers Checks several weeks in advance. If we approve your pet there may be an additional pet deposit.

Why the Owner Chose Islamorada:
We live in Miami, Florida and having this home in the Keys is great when you want to get away. For us it's close to home; you don't have to travel too far and you still get the vacation experience. The house is in a very central location in the Keys. There's also a nice grass lot right next to our house that is great if you have kids that want to run and play.
