2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Linderhof Condo, near North Conway. Great location to visit Storyland (across the street!) Santa's village, outlet shopping, and skiing. Downhill skiing at Attitash (3 miles), Black Mountain (3 miles), Cranmore Mountain (5 miles), Wildcat Mountain (12 miles), and Bretton Woods (25 miles). Many great restaurants and activities surround our condo.
For a small fee paid to Linderhof Country club, you can play their par 3 courese, located just outside the door. Our condo is located just off the 4th hole tee, so you will see golfers playing through the spring, summer and fall. For that same fee, you will have access to the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool.
Our condo is a downstairs, corner unit, with a patio outside the back slider, with a picnic table and gas grill. Listen to the small river bubbling by as you enjoy this relaxing, quiet spot. If you have children, there is a nice open spot just off the end of the condo building, and adjacent to the patio where they can play. We use the spot for wiffle ball and playing catch all the time!
The condo can sleep 6 very comfortably. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed, and in the second bedroom there are 2 upper bunks built in, and a full size futon under the bunks. The living room also has a pull out sofabed if needed.
Kitchen if fully applianced and all cooking and eating utensils are provided, if you choose to eat at the condo.

We were invited up to the Saco river with friends that were renting a condo at the Linderhof so we looking online at VRBO for a condo in the same resort. We were very pleased with our choice. The owner was easy to work with via email, the rate was reasonable and we were extremely satisfied with the room. The rooms were cleaned and nicely decorated, the kitchen well equiped and we all slept peacefully. We spent some time at the pool (fee required) after a long day of kayaking. I would love to go back again this year to take my grandaughter to Storyland across the street.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We had a great time and stay at this condo. We had to change our vacation last minute and the owners wre very understanding and Very easy to deal with. Great condo, great location, great time!!! definately going to stay here again!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
