Please provide your own linens and towels. Everyone in party must be 25 years of age or older (excluding families with children). Ocean city was voted one of the top beaches in America. The 2.4 mile boardwalk was named one of the best in America by Discovery channel. The Makai is close to 24 golf courses, fishing (Ocean City is the marlin capital of the world) and Assateague Island national seashore. It is less than 15 minutes from Ocean Downs Casino and Racetrack.
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children located near 42th street next to the convention center, on the bayside. The condo is a 3 minute walk to the beach (ocean). This brand new condo has lots of ameneties including the following:
• secured entrance with access code entry
• indoor pool with a great view of the bay
• billiard room
• work – out facility with a sauna
• arcade
• sitting area with game and poker tables
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a romantic fireplace along with a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has full bunk beds and a trundle (sleeps 2 on top bunk, 2 on bottom bed and a twin trundle that sleeps 1). The living room has a queen sofa bed with an Air Dream Mattress. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen tv’s. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, if you wish. There are several restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is a relaxing area but just minutes from the ocean city excitement. Seacrets is just 5 blocks away.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach condo. The decor was very relaxing. The beds and furniture were comfy and cozy. The view from the balcony was spectacular during sunset and rise. We were right smack in the center of it all, no need to drive around town. Carl and Monica made our stay very convenient due to how well the condo was stocked. Anything you would expect to have in your own home was available for use. I will DEFINITELY be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

A wonderful place to stay! Very relaxing, beachy decor with plenty of room in both bedrooms. Renting could not have been easier. This is an amazing condo to stay at when going to Ocean City...My partner and 4 yr old son stayed here and were so pleasantly surprised at how well equipped it was!!! The furniture is in great shape and everything was SO clean!!! The bunk beds are perfect for adults or children...The master bedroom was so wonderful!!! The entire stay was so wonderful!! It is VERY obvious that the owners of this condo care about it and take WONDERFUL care of it! Don't pass this one up!!!! I agree with another reviewer in that the pictures are "accurate," but I'd take it one step further and say that the condo itself is even more beautiful in person! Warm and tasteful decor, comfortable beds, nice view, very convenient location. Used the pool and billiards room and enjoyed both. This is the first time my family experienced a condo and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The accomodations for this facility are very nice and the building has many extras to offer. We priced some hotels while in Ocean City just for the heck of it and the cost of the condo blew away the hotel prices not to mention at the condo you can cook food and do laundry while relaxing in the room. This condo is kept in very nice condition and makes you feel right at home. The area offers all the excitement you could ask for and one of my favorites was the Dough Roller Pizza place beside the condo. The pictures on this listing are accurate and mean so much more when viewed in person. My family is already asking when we are going back and I look forward to staying at this condo again in the future.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Absolutely gorgeous bay view condo with endless amenities. All the comforts of home and centrally located to everything on the island. The hosts do a great job with the decorum making it feel warm and inviting. The Makai offers an indoor swimming pool, adult gym, sauna, billiards room, arcade and much more and all of which was put to good use during our stay! Why the Owner Chose Makai:
During our daughters cheerleading competion in Ocean City, we decided to see what the area had to offer. We immediately fell in love with the condo and purchased within 3 days. It's one of the best decisions we ever made!
We love the beach and all the entertainment that O.C. has to offer. Seacrests makes you feel like you are in Jamaica. Assateague is unlike any other place. You can drive through the scenic area as wild ponies come up to the car window to welcome you to the area. The view of the bay from the bedroom window or balcony is breathtaking and the best part about it is that it is only an hour and 10 minute drive for us to feel like you are a world away.

No matter what the weather brings, you can still have a great time at the Makai. There is so much to do whether it is relaxing by the indoor pool, sitting in the sauna, shooting pool, playing a few games in the game room, or hitting the fitness center. All this without stepping foot outside!
