12 Catkin is a beautiful 2 story home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It is located on the Woodlands Golf Course and has a spectacular view of the fairway. This home offers bedding and dining to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The master bedroom, located on the main level features a king bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the main level that feature a king and queen bed respectively. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two queen beds. All bedrooms have TV's and one of the guest bedrooms on the lower level also as a DVD/VCR player. A private hot tub is available on the large deck, for relaxing after a long day of recreation.

Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
