  Loved the house. It was just like the pictures said. It was only a short walk to the beach. It was a fully stocked kitchen, so we were able to cook our own meals while there. We had 7 adults and 5 children staying and we had plenty of room. Plenty of parking too! The house was clean, and well cared for, and just perfect. I would definitely reccomend this house (and the people that rent it out, were easy to get ahold of when we had questions) to anyone.

  My family and I were very pleased with this house. Very nice. The photos were accurate.Very comfortable. Only negative was not enough toilet paper was included. We had to go into a nearby town to purchase more.

  Sun and Sand provided the a wonderful spot for us to getaway and recharge for the week. It was just my husband, our 4 legged child (aka dog) and myself which made us feel a little guilty to have the whole place to ourselves. Think this would be a perfect larger group getaway and are working on planning one with more members of our family. We are used to being directly on the beach but do not feel like we missed out on any of that with this house. There is a view of the beach right off the deck. With the wonderful large windows you get to enjoy some great sunsets and sunrises whether inside or outside. The beach was dog friendly from the evenings to mid-morning which was a huge bonus for us. We are sure the time of year played a part in how quiet the beach was, but the lack of high rise condos doesn't hurt. Come prepared to relax and get on beach time! Thank you Jordan and Andrea. We hated to leave.

  We had a great time here.........we enjoyed the beach "view" and didn't mind the short walk. Very spacious and well decorated .....just like the pictures. The deck was a great place for my boys to play washers in the evening. We watched a lot of olympics and were thrilled to have the big flat screen! Our biggest complant was that the sofa and love seat didn't leave enough room for all of us to sit comfortably as we had adult children in their 20's with us. Overall we had a wonderful experience and the beach and water were perfect! P,S. If you want a diversion from the beach, we recommend Scotty's Boat Rentals in Panama City....a short drive and a wonderful time snorkeling at Shell Island!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The location of this home is wonderful. It is a stone's throw from the beach and close enough that even our 3 year old granddaughter could walk it on her own. The beautiful and large deck on the front of the house was fantastic and we could actually see and hear the ocean from there while drinking our morning coffee or our late night nightcaps. Inlet Beach is beautiful, and uncrowded. It was a fantastic place for a vacation and family reunion. The loft room at the top of the stairs slept 5 of our grandkids and the view through the almost floor to ceiling windows was breathtaking from that vantage.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
