  Hi Susy, thank you very much for giving me your beautiful property. This penthouse was absolutely perfect! I am having a great time. The place is more beautiful than I imagined! Susy, thanks for answering all .. my questions and being very professional about this lovely penthouse. This property exceeded all my expectations ! This is a great place to stay. This home is minutes from a local neighborhood fresh food market. This house is so big and beautifully decorated! The beds are very comfortable . I slept very comfortably in this spacious king size master suite with an amazing Ocean View . The living area in the home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large with lots of counter space and cabinets. There is a big screen TV and comfy oversized furniture. There is also a formal dining room and a sitting room. The penthouse was very clean when I arrived and the whole penthouse was well maintained. All of the appliances were clean and in good working order. I found the area very safe and quiet. I spent many evenging enjoying the upstairs terrace and I was never bothered by any noise. I would recommend this penthouse to any travelers wishing to make their trip a success.. After this experience, I highly recommend the location and the penthouse. It is the delightful I stay in your penthouse. I would love to go back to this property again and again!!   * The apartment faces the beach. You hear only the sounds of the ocean. Very relaxing! This gorgeous property offers panoramic views of the ocean and coastline. We were captivated by the beauty of the ever-changing views. We so enjoyed our stay in Peru. SusyQ, was such a pleasure to work with and so accomodating that it made the vacation that much more pleasurable. She had a Welcome Packet in the penthouse. The Penthouse is fully furnished and it is equipped with all the items you would need. We were so relaxed we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend our vacation. "Danke Sehr".

  "Going Back Again....." I enjoyed my stay tremendously! "The moment you enter the Penthouse you are struck by the awesome view and hearing the ocean makes you feel like you are in heaven, all night you hear the ocean and the waves from the main bedroom. our stay was the very best and SusyQ, was a great host in all ways. We had breakfast on the ocean rooftop terrace and enjoyed an authentic peruvian dinner with 8 guests. we never wanted to leave the penthouse as the experience was wonderful. words alone cannot describe the time we had and we will return in the future again. The penthouse had all the personal items that anyone would need. Thank you again SusyQ.

  Wonderful place! :) This is my second time in Lima and I have to say , staying at this place made my vacation perfect!! They have everything they advertise in their website, the apartment is perfectly clean and the cleaning lady was a very sweet woman and the receptin staff was very helpful for deliveries and taxi cabs.. SusyQ, was always very nice and attentive to my questions and concerns , she even called me when I arrived in Lima,Peru. To make sure everything was fine. She even send me things to do in Peru, and a list of restaurants to visit. Thanks SusyQ, we definitely are planning on coming back again ! Merci beaucoup l'penthouse appartement est magnifique, un confort extra,je n'ai qu une hâte d'y retourner!bientôt.

  It was beautiful and gorgeous. delightful for our stay in your penthouse SusyQ, did a great job communicating with us during the rental process. This penthouse was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us that stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The description is dead on. We had the most magnificent view day and night. The sunsets were amazing. We took full advantage of the kayaking and sailing as well as the biking. It is located close enough to (a little walk) the dowtown for us to have walked to dinner at night. There were so many wonderful restaurants from Italian, Peruvian food, Amazing food! Thai and seafood. There were a few we took a taxi to and Candy's taxi service was great. She is a wonderful lady and was always prompt. I would highly recommend this penthouse and the staff at the building were friendly, and courteous, and helpful. Looking forward to returning, hopefully sooner than later.

  The penthouse was extremely clean and welcoming. It didn't feel like a rental at all - it felt like we were at home. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice surprise as well. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had Bath and Body Works toiletries. The housekeeper can by every couple days, which worked out well, since there was a washing machine and dryer in the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed each of our 5 days. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The penthouse was quiet and very comfortable. We love this place and can't wait to return in the future! A great retreat! Thank you vere much for your kindness. We will recommend your place to our friends.

  My wife and I we spent an amazing week at this property . The penthouse is wonderfully appointed with all of the comforts of home. The views from the terrace were literally priceless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon week. The owner was very responsive about booking and communicating information to us before and after our stay. We can not think of one negative thing to say about our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent vacation to Lima, Peru. The staff at front desk lobby were all friendly and courteous Thank you to the owners for the wine. It was a very nice touch on arrival. Looking forward to returning, hopefully sooner than later. We do highly recommend this donderful penthouse to anyone visiting - Peru, Miraflores.

  The Penthouse was even better than pictures I could not describe. The view of the sunsets were mesmerizing. My family and I had a wonderful time .in Lima, and part of the success of our trip was the fine accomodation .We enjoyed in this wonderful penthouse ,We stayed 8 days. We enjoyed the Peruvian cuisine, seafood ceviche, the Peruvian signature dish, and the famous drink, known as the ‘Cathedral of Pisco Sour'. The location in Miraflores is excellent, very close to the trendy beach front, Larco Mar Shopping Center. The building is quiet, well managed by a resourceful and friendly concierge. The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and includes all the necessary utilities in good working order. We would be happy to recommend this option to our friends. We were very happy with the overall service we got during our stay. Thank You, Candy. She is a wonderful lady and was always prompt.. What a Truely Amazing Place!!..

  I stayed in the Apartment for one week with my Husband and a friend while here on business. First the positive side: Apartment was roomy and had amazing views. The building staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fine. Now for the negative side: The apartment was dirty with the walls and doors being pretty gross. We had to buy extra supplies like toilet paper,paper towela, new sponges,dish soap ect. The apartment contact Susy Q was very frustrating for me to deal with. Slow with e-mail responses and not forthcoming with needed information. After her partner told us a late checkout was o.k. Susy told us we would have to pay a fee for it. Also,we paid in advance for our taxi ride to the airport upon departure only to find once in Lima the amount charged was way above the going rate, I have rented from VRBO all over the globe and have had great experiences, this is the first location that I would NOT rent again.

  The terraces are really lovely and big with lots of seating and space. Absolute Oceanfront Private Terrace Home. We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was exactly what we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. The owners were nice and easy to make arrangements with. We would like to come back with our children and will try to stay at this property again.This is my second time, visiting this property. We loved the food in Peru! We loved the sounds of the ocean with it's crashing waves. SusyQ, was such a pleasure to work with and so accomodating that it made the vacation that much more pleasurable. We loved Staying here.

  We were a group of 4 friends staying for a conference in Lima during July. The owners were very responsive during the booking time, providing valuable information and being very kind. When we arrived we were positively impressed by the views and very negatively impressed by the cleaning standard! The apartment was filthy. The kitchen, the living room carpet and the sheets on the beds looked as not having been cleaned for months. We could not even cook as we felt uncomfortable. When we complained they offer to send someone to clean and bring additional clean sheets at an extra cost. We could not believe it, as the standard we got it was far from being acceptable. I personally wrote back to the owner complaining after our return and never received an apology or an explanation. You can definetely get something better for this price or even cheaper (Other friends rented for much less another apartment and it was a 5 start standard)

  The Penthuse is located at the tourist area , the Malecon Bulivar in Miraflores and it has a very large private terrace. "I Just Loved our stay. It was very beautiful and relaxed " . We watch the ocean and the waves from every room of the unit Having a barbeque and cocktails on the deck with panoramic ocean views every night is Awesome. Everyone who stayed here was just kind, respectful, and enjoying their own vacation... We so enjoyed our stay in Peru. SusyQ, was such a pleasure to work with and so accomodating that it made the vacation that much more pleasurable. I will return.. for sure, sometime ....Thank You. .What a Truly Amazing Place..

  The views were awesome ! The views from this unit were amazing, 280 degrees of ocean views. It was the best vacation we ever had ! The house was very good , everything as we expected. The big flat screen TV was nice in the morning, so everyone could watch the news. Downtown Miraflores was just 5 minutes away by taxi very easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. . We rented this place from April 17,- 28, and we had a wonderful time. We will stay longer at this wonderful place next time.. I do highly recommend this penthouse to anyone visiting the Miraflores, Lima area.

  We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was exactly what we needed. It had beautiful ocean views, This location has a legitimate "Ocean View" We were extremely comfortable and treated very courteously. The owner was very accmodating to our needs. We had a terrific time durin our stay ! we stayed 10 days in this wonderful penthouse. This place is one-of-a-kind and highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again! We will absolutely return hopefully in the near future!

  It took me a long time to write this review but, it is better later than never. This is my third stay . We had 15 a wonderful days and relaxing time. My family was impressed by the view of the Pacific Ocean. The view are absolutely tremendous. We had 7 people in our party. The penthouse fit our needs; it was roomy and comfortable. We cannot say enough about Erika and Candy; they were very gracious hosts. Thank you for making our trip a special and memorable one.Out Standing service!!

  The ONE and Only good thing about this "penthouse" is the view. Everything was dirty and not funtioning. The bathrooms were full of scum and mold. The appliances were not working properly even after the owner promesing everything was funtional. Appliances were OLD. The assistant gets in the apartment without permission and forces the maintenance people to inform her when you go in or out. The building overall is old and not in a great area nor in a good shape. I lost lots of money on food and clothes since the appliances ruinned my clothes and the refrigerator never worked. I Will never recomend this place.

  Everything here was absolutely perfect ~ We loved staying here and would like to come back again. Everyone was so very nice and helpful and the penthouse was perfect. We had everything we needed and slept so well on the comfortable bed. Both my wife and I got teary eyed when we had to leave. The prices were very reasonable , and we were thrilled with the help from Susy's staff. Thank you to owners Susy and Erika . Definately, we will come again
