located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach on a private cul de sac with no public parking, this wonderful vacation property offers ocean views along with attractive and comfortable accommodations.
A spacious deck on the main level and two separate decks on the upper level offer a quite place to escape and relax outdoors and take in the ocean just a short walk away.
Beautifully decorated inside and out, once you enter the tiled foyer you know you are about to experience a vacation home unlike all the rest. The open floor plan found in the main living area offers more than enough space for everyone to gather and share good times together. With a large and open kitchen the entire family can get together as meals or snacks are being prepared. This home boasts a breakfast nook, seating at the kitchen island and a formal dining area with more than enough room for everyone. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light you will enjoy relaxing in the living room as you sink into one of the 2 soft leather couches or love seat. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms with a Jack 'n Jill bath. One bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the other offers a queen.
On the next level is the master suite with a king bed complete with its own deck and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Around the corner is the fourth bedroom with a built in bunk style beds with 2 full mattresses.. Take a walk down the open hallway overlooking the living room and with oceans views out the upper level windows, and you will find the fifth bedroom with 2 full size beds.
If you need to get away by yourself for a little while, take a book and relax in the den as you get comfortable in the inviting leather chair or stretch out on the couch and watch some TV. Just off the den is an additional deck looking out on the ocean.
The ocean views, attractive accommodations and convenient beach access just steps away. The section of the beach is perfect for delightful walks to the the north and south. The beauty and convenience will make this your favorite vacation home!

This house is very nice. We had a group of 12 stay in the home for three nights.The living room and kitchen space are open air, so with large groups you have enough space for everyone to spread out. There is also a deck area for people to sit and talk. There are plenty of places to sleep and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, which is very convenient. Everyone in the town and neighborhood were very friendly to our group. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had two families stay here and it accommodated us wonderfully. Great open floorplan. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a hit. The walk to the beach was easy even with small kids.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here in April and had the best spring break! The house is so spacious and a great location. The walk to the beach is so convenient. The open floor plan really added to our relaxing family vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

For anyone looking for a very spacious place at a bargain price this is the property for you. a couple of the members of my family has difficulty walking so we were concerned about renting a house that wasnt beach front but after arriving we realized its still closer to the sand than many other places we have stayed in the past. We were impressed that you can actually use the garage on both ends of the house to park in or keep all fishing or beach chairs ect. tucked away plus a drive way in the front to hold five cars. The kitchen is very well equiped for those who prefer to eat in. The decks are large and have nice chairs and lounges for enjoying the sun or a cup of coffee to start your day. Lastly i must mention the outdoor shower. Sadly i didnt discover how nice this was till my last day of our stay. YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!! This will definitely be a home we will return to. Thanks Virginia for being so nice and accommodating.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Two families who have been friends for 25 years built and own this home. Our children were raised coming down to our house creating memories and family traditions.

We enjoy walks on the beach, cooking meals for our guests, playing games, heading out to shop and eat at wonderful fine dining restaurants in nearby Wilmington. Riding bikes to the grocery store, filing our basket with snacks for our beach day. Breakfast on the deck, still in our PJ's.. Walking the Wrightsville Beach loop.
