  We thought the house was just ok, not the best we've stayed at in the area. The living area is very small, small kitchen, & the tv room is separate and also small. We had a large group so we felt disconnected from each other & cramped when trying to share the same space. There are also these awful plastic covers on most of the windows, I'm guessing for hurricanes, but it made us feel very claustrophobic not to be able to see out the windows or open them; especially since the house is so small. When we arrived the AC was turned off, so in the middle of summer you can imagine how hot it was & it took hours for the house to finally cool down. The rooms were nice & we enjoyed the balcony. Beds aren't very comfortable & the bed frames make a lot of noise when you move around. Can't use the garage so parking is tight if you have more than 2 vehicles, so not good for large groups. Short walk from beach & the neighborhood is very nice, we've stayed in the neighborhood before & always love it. It was a good house for the price, clean, but we won't stay there again & wouldn't recommend it to friends because of issues listed.

  We had a group of 10 girls staying here over the past weekend to celebrate one of our friends getting married. The house was amazing! We all had comfortable places to sleep, and the down stairs second living area made for a perfect karaoke room for our 80's party! There were only a couple of complaints we had. You could not open any of the windows to let cool air in or air out because they are all covered in storm covers. We burnt something while cooking and it was impossible to get the smoke out of the house. The microwave doesn't work. And a couple of the tvs upstairs, if you try to watch a movie on them, the color is distorted. The amazing things about this house are, the huge wrap around upstairs balcony, the location is right next to the pool and you can walk to the beach easily. We had an amazing time and plan to go back and stay at this exact house again next summer!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: We are very happy that our guest was pleased with our home. We would like to address some of their concerns. 1) We keep the storm protectors on all of our windows during off season/hurricane season which assists with bad storms that occur during this time of year. 2) We purchased a brand new microwave and had it available to our guests in the kitchen. We are in the process of replacing the additional microwave that is over our stove as guests who stayed with us in August made us aware of an issue with it. • Great Place to Stay!

  We had 3 families to accomodate and we all had plenty of room. Loved that it wasn't too far from the beach and the boardwalk made it very convenient. Parking was challenging for us as you can not park on the street per the HOA. We had 2 full sized trucks, a trailer, 1 SUV and 2 mid sized cars. We parked the SUV on the side of the house on the rocks, pulled trucks into driveway w/trailer still attached and parked the cars between the trees on either side of driveway. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again next year!

  This house was amazing and so accomodating! We rented it for a girls weekend and had 11 girls join us. The house slept everyone so well, kitchen was gorgeous, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and next door to the pool. It has great technology (TV's in all rooms, DVR, DVD players, surround sound). I strongly recommend renting this house for a long weekend. You won't want to leave and my friends and I miss it terribly! We will definitely plan to return to this home hopefully next summer.
