  We stayed here for three months - Jan. 1 to March 31st. It was even better than we had expected. The walk to the beach is gorgeous, part of the path is right on a GORGEOUS public golf course, the neighborhood is clean, people are friendly, the property owner was on top of everything. The unit has everything a couple, family, friends would need for a day at the beach. We saw whales off Montage Beach and Salt Creek Beach about 60% of the beach visits, dolphin and seals sightings every beach day if we stayed long enough. Dana Point has everything, great little harbor town. Quaint stuff and hidden treasures of views, things to do, restaurants, etc. if you really talk to locals. We had visitors about 6 times - some for a day, a couple for a week. Everyone LOVED it. The unit is furnished perfectly and beautifully. We have stayed at quite a few VRBO places from Hawaii to Florida and this place was the best of them all.

  Perfect condo!! I have been on many trips and rented many condos and I had to write this review to let everyone know that this condo was absolutely exceptional. It was beyond what was even described- I honestly can't think of anything I would add. To start, the area was prime near the ocean, the neighborhood was gated and so beautiful to enter, not to mention safe. The complex was very nice with a pool and 2 spas, fitness room. Our condo was just as stated with brand new everything done to the smallest decor....fantastic atmosphere in every room. Plenty of new beach towels, beach chairs and body surfing boards. A washer and dryer too. The manager was sooo nice to work with and the people at the gate super friendly. Quality towels and sheets- roomy walk-in closets. Let me tell you- don't have any worries renting this property, I would go back in a heartbeat. Great value for this quality condo. Rent with confidence. Loved Loved it!!!

  We sold our San Clemente home and needed a place to live from the end of February until the end of June, until our home in Az. was ready. We feel sooooo very fortunate to have found a place that looks like a model, where we could treat this beautiful home as if it were our very own. All the furnishings are new, including the bedding, blankets, towels, and all the extras offered. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and never had to purchase anything. This condo lacks nothing and hope when we tire of the Arizona heat we could definitely return. The owners and property management were extremely responsive to the one time we needed assistance. The trail to the beach from the condo, down through the St Regis golf course, onto the beach and down the strand is simply beautiful. Markets, pharmacy, banks etc. are nearby. There are restaurants of all price ranges nearby, however sitting at the St Regis overlooking the golf course was my favorite place to share a glass of wine and appetizer. Love, love, love this place......I felt like I was on vacation, even while still working until May.On a scale of 1 to 10 this condo and surrounding area rates 10 plus!!!!!!! Book it, you will not be disappointed with anything.
