The property is nicely appointed throughout featuring polished wooden floorboards upstairs, an open plan living area, a cosy fireplace for cool winter evenings and large verandahs to sit out and enjoy a warm summer night.
It has direct beach access through the adjoining reseve block and is only a 5 minuite walk from the Bowls Club or a 10 minute walk to the village's esplanade of shops and cafes.
