Downstairs has 3/4 bathroom and 2 more bedrooms, one with Queen bed, the other is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunks (4 single beds) and slider out to the lower porch. The den features a comfy couch from which to watch the retractable flat screen TV, and also has a slider out to the lower deck. From the lower deck there are steps down to the pier with trex decking. 1 buoy included, dependent on sufficient water levels.
