Sanctuary at Redfish is truly a magnificent gem on the Emerald Coast. Here you will find the luxury and serenity of one of the best resorts in Florida. This sixty-four unit condominium resort is located on approximately fourteen acres on the east side of Big Redfish Lake in the Blue Mountain Beach area of South Walton County, Florida. The property slopes down to the coastal dune lake providing breathtaking lake and gulf views. The intention of the developers of Sanctuary at Redfish is to preserve as much of the natural vegetation as possible to create an environment of serenity and privacy unmatched along the coast. The property is just east of the intersection of Highway 83 and Scenic County Highway 30-A. The property is bordered on the west and south by Big Redfish Lake that empties out into the Gulf of Mexico and on the north by Scenic County Highway 30-A. There are sixty-four beautiful condominium homes.
Sanctuary at Redfish provides a long list of first class amenities for residents. The expansive pool deck consists of three separate pools, two Jacuzzis, large fire pit, four outside grills, and some units offer access to a Pool cabana - access is limited - if available there is an additional fee. Sanctuary at Redfish even provides a boat service that will take you on a very enjoyable five minute ride on Big Redfish Lake that takes you to The Gulf of Mexico. There is even a beach service that is provided once you get to the private beach.

This place was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Sanctuary at Redfish! The condo was very, very nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very user- friendly. The pools and the kayaks were a big hit with our children. And the bike trail was a lot of fun as well. It was not over- crowded at the condos, and we liked that. It seemed very family-friendly and just a lot of fun for all of us. I wish we would have had longer!Did you find this review helpful? The condo complex has many great amenities including an exercise room, locker rooms, 4 big pools, pool bathrooms, cabana's & covered parking. The condo was very spacious, clean and had a great balcony overlooking Redfish Lake with the crystal white sand beaches and emerald water in the distance.Did you find this review helpful? My wife and I wanted a relaxing getaway with our family and we stayed on 30A at the Sanctuary at Redfish Condo #3112. This condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean! We have stayed in Destin in the past and wanted to give 30A a try. We’re glad we did. Redfish also had an amazing pool area with multiple pools and hot tubs surrounded by immaculate grounds and landscaping.
