Sugar Beach is an outstanding three story, low-rise condominium with a 270 foot beautiful white sand beach. Located in the heart of Orange Beach and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, amusement parks, and shopping centers. There are 3 full-size pools.
The unit has two levels, with the master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is located overlooking the large upper level sun deck and pool. There is a kiddie pool, a heated pool and another pool all near beach. There is a balcony off of the living room and the master bedroom. One king size bed, two new double bed and two new twin beds. Unit has been newly carpeted and tiled.
There is an on-site manager and a 24-hour security guard entrance.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo.
