This is a great home for anyone who wants to get away from the cold winter months. the average winter high temp. is 83`the average low is 60` and the sun shines almost every day.
There are approx. 10 beautiful golf cources within 10 minute drive.
There is a beautiful public beach approx. 10 minute drive.
The home is located in a very desirable deed restricted community, the home is on a cul de sac so traffic is low.
The neighbors are all very friendly.
Just a very nice quiet safe place to stay to sit in the screened in lanai with a drink and listen to the mocking bird.
My stays usually includes a great quiet nights sleep, up early for a round of golf, to the beach for a swim in the beautiful turquoise water, then home for a good dinner cooked on the grill, then to the ice cream stand for a cone, finished with a drink sitting in the lanai.
There are many good waterfront restaurants.

This 2 bedroom home is beautiful and very clean. Great location and very close to stores and golf courses. I would highly recommend it and would rent it again.Recommended for: Age 55+.
