  This incredibly beautiful, immaculate, serene and comfortable home is only surpassed by the owner's attention to detail, hospitality and concern that your stay is perfect. Its location allows for early morning walks on the beach with the convenience of being a perfect launching point to Hearst Castle and all the coastal towns both north and south of Morro Bay as well as the the wine country to the east. There are so many amenities in this home. We enjoyed the upper deck with its spectacular ocean view and fireplace. We only wish we had more time to spend enjoying this home, its beautiful gardens and all the fun equipment (bikes, beach equipment and jacuzzi). As previously mentioned it is nicer than the pictures portray. We would highly recommend this wonderful home to those visiting the beautiful Central Coast area. A real find!

  We couldn't be happier about this beach house! It was perfect in every way. It was clean, bright and cheery! It is even better in person. We loved the easy access to the beach ( across the street), the hot tub, the ping pong table, the gourmet kitchen, the backyard, and the awesome deck with fire pit and wind protector! We couldn't believe that this lovely family would let us use their surf boards, boogie boards, wetsuits, bikes, and kayaks. We loved long walk on the beach collecting sand dollars, riding bikes, and going into San Luis Obispo ( 13 miles away). The town of Morro Bay is lacking a bit of charm... but we didn't mind because the house way so nice!! We would recommend this house to anyone wanting a luxury beach house!!

  My family and I stayed in this home over the Christmas holiday this year and we had an wonderful experience. The owners are extremely gracious, answering all of our questions about the house and surrounding area. The house itself is as advertised: beautiful, well-maintained, spacious and most importantly in an amazing location on a quiet street right next to the beach. For anyone considering a stay in the greater Morro Bay area, I would highly recommend this lovely property.

  My niece and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Even an unexpected cold front couldn't put a damper on our stay. The gas fireplace made it so cozy and warm at night and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the dining room and kitchen. The owners could not have been nicer and furnished everything we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this property.

  A memorable stay. We had a family reunion with 3 couples and 2 small children, all well accommodated. The House and Grounds: Lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is well cared for and meticulously clean. The Location: Easy access from Hwy 1, quick drive to Morro Bay Embarcadero & the Rock; nearby bike trails. A quick easy walk to the beach, and an warm outdoor shower to clean you off when you get back. View of the ocean from kitchen, dining & living rooms, from the lovely above-garage deck and from the front porch/deck; standing there one morning, we saw whales breaching - it was so cool! The Owners: A pleasure to deal with, very welcoming and generous. We've rented houses up and down the CA coast for decades. My son remarked that we had really raised the bar with this house, we can't imagine anything better than this!

  We rented this exquisite home for Thanksgiving week. From the initial phone call to the check out, the owners were very pleasant, friendly and accomodating. The ocean view from the dining room was a perfect place to enjoy a family Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very large and was very well equipped with everything we needed.The house was impeccably clean, and the beautiful walk-in showers surely put the home in the luxury category of VRBO rentals. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. We love to walk the miles of flat beach in Morro Bay. If you are looking for a great beach, this is it. This home also has extras I have not found in other rentals. The roof-top gas fireplace may have been our favorite feature, and is just a great place to relax. We also loved having a hot tub. Our adult children enjoyed a day of kayaking, biking and surfing and used the ping-pong table as well. Thanks for allowing your guests to use your equipment! Since we are business owners, we had to work some on this trip and we appreciated the convenience of having an office with internet access, This home is ideal for a family get-away, and we can't wait to get back to the central coast and rent it again. I highly recommend this home! It was nice to work with genuinely nice owners. Make the call. You will be happy you did. It is the PERFECT rental home.

  My friends and I had a great time staying at this house. It is perfectly situated to access the beach and there is a nice path to walk, run or bike on. It is within close proximity to downtown Morro Bay and other nearby towns. We enjoyed sunset views from the rooftop deck and relaxing in the jacuzzi. This house has everything you need and I highly recommend staying here.

  Our family (ages 18 to 80) was delighted with Bill & Marlene's beach house and its quiet location. The bedrooms are large and both bathrooms are accessible from the hallway. The wi-fi connection worked well. There are great surf views from front windows & upper deck, a sparkling hot tub, and a BBQ that pleased the chef. There is good track lighting in the living room for readers. Interesting walks are available on sand or pavement. We enjoyed some needed relaxing days. Next time we will try out the surf boards, kayaks, etc! The owners are VERY easy to work with We definitely hope to visit again.

  Stayed with the family (including my 2 young daughters) last week. We had an amazing time! We were so excited upon arrival to see the home so beautiful and bigger than the pictures can show. Immaculately clean, the yard/garden/succulents were all so impeccably beautiful. We loved the rooftop deck and gas fire pit - so relaxing and nice to see the sunset up there. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up meals and the beds were very comfortable. So easy to access the beach and nice to return to a relaxing jacuzzi while spotting shooting stars above. Many wonderful memories!! Thank you to the owners Bill & Marlene for sharing your wonderful vacation property - it really shows how much you care for and maintain this home.

  What an absolutely perfect location in Morro Bay for our multi-generational family vacation! This beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean,and well-maintained home also came with ocean views and easy beach access. We had evening barbeques in the backyard and especially enjoyed the rooftop deck at sunset. One of the very best of the best vrbo properties!
