  The owners of this home are truly exceptional! Carol is extremely quick to respond to any emails that are sent. She is very interested in making sure that renters have a good experience. The villa IS a home away from home! The area seems very safe and looks immaculate! We enjoyed the pool and spa the most, especially coming from a Michigan winter! Thank you Carol and David for a wonderful vacation!

  FROM THE TIME WE BOOKED, WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME. FRIENDLY CONTACT AND FOLLOW-UP WITH THE OWNERS, AND FOLLOWING THROUGH ON ALL COMMITMENTS MADE THIS STAY SO EASY. THE HOME IS SPOTLESS. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. WE WERE CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE PARKS, YET FAR ENOUGH AWAY FOR SOME PEACE AND QUIET. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE OTHER THAN WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK! I WILL BE ACTIVELY RECOMMENDING THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE HEADING TO FL. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION.

  We were looking for spacious family accommodation, conveniently positioned for all the main attractions in Orlando yet offering the privacy and comfort of a privately owned house. Zerbino Villa ticked all our boxes. The property is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard; the beds are lovely (just what you need after a long day at the parks), a well equipped kitchen, wonderful pool (good at any time of day), superb games room and loads of little extras not normally found in holiday homes eg. cool boxes, games and towels for use at the villa’s pool. Right from our initial enquiry about availability, through the excellent pre-arrival information pack, to the courtesy calls during our stay, both David and Carol (and their on-site management team) could not have been more helpful. It made us feel like they wanted us to enjoy our holiday as much as we did. Collecting the rental car at the airport could not have been easier and the directions / entry instructions for the villa soon got us in. Everything was spotless; the beds made up and freshly laundered towels artistically arranged in the bathrooms! The level of attention really did exceed our expectations. Having been delayed flying into Orlando, we were glad we had ordered the welcome pack and delighted to see basic provisions waiting for us. The villa is well serviced by nearby shops (Sweetbay and Walgreens are within walking distance and have excellent product ranges / alternatively Walmart is huge and just a 5 minute drive away). With two teenage boys, we visited all the main attraction and water parks; loved Disney, thrilled by Universal and marvelled at the level of customer service everywhere we went. We pre-booked all our park tickets for the duration of our stay which gave us the flexibility of moving between parks or visiting for just a few hours during the evening having spent the day elsewhere. The evening parades and fireworks at Disney are well worth seeing. We also enjoyed driving beyond Orlando experiencing another side of American life and what else Florida has to offer. Snorkelling with the manatees at Crystal River was definitely a highlight of our holiday and well worth the early start. And as to whether we would recommend Zerbino Villa to family or friends?   Zerbino Villa was the perfect property for our holiday. The villa was immaculate and spacious (and beautifully cool, it topped over 100F for a few days whilst we were there!) and had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. We have never been to such a well equipped holiday home. We all loved the covered patio and the pool. The children were in the pool as soon as we walked in the door every time we returned from the parks and the adults weren't far behind! The villa is in an ideal location and it didn't take us long to get to any of the parks each day. The Sweetbay supermarket and Chinese takeaway were very close by and within walking distance. The WalMart supermarket was only a few minutes drive up the road so never a problem getting anything we needed. Restaurants were also very near, again only a short drive away and plenty of choice. David and Carol have been brilliant and extremely helpful from the initial booking right through until we came home. It was lovely to hear from Carol the day after we arrived so if you ever have a query it will be sorted out straight away. I have already recommended the villa to some friends and we will be back!   Well, this Villa certainly did not disappoint! It has everything you could need and more! I have never seen so many towels! We stayed for 3 wks in June and not only was this an excellent base for Disney, but also a quiet relaxing place to spend a day around the pool. We booked a BBQ and it was there on our arrival.Our family consisted of us - a family of 4 ( 2 girls aged 3 & 8) plus Grandma & Grandad. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Villa/ pool and the area. The supermarket/ chinese takeaway & Pharmacy couldn't be any closer, and in the evenings it was lovely to sit outside or in the spa and not be bothered by bugs and some nights we never heard a soul! The Villa was lovely and clean and very welcoming after a long flight & you certainly get the Wow Factor when you first walk in. The bonus points for us are the Lanai area ( the villas surrounding us did not appear to have this) & the big PLUSSES are the pool safety fence, which when I enquired about a package holiday with a tour operator, they couldn't guarantee one, 'just the luck of the draw', and the outside door to the bathroom, this is a must with small children. The villa was alarmed and this was easy to set. One thing the website doesn't mention is how BRILLIANT the owners are. From my first enquiry to booking & arriving, Carol & David gave the quickest responses & even called the villa shortly after arrival to make sure we were happy with everything. The management company were great also, we had a small problem and they came within the hour & resolved! I certainly wouldn't hesitate to return and have already recommended to friends. I'm sure we will be back in the future, this place is a gem and the owners go the extra mile. Thanks Carol & David! The Buttles - East Yorkshire

  Owner response: Thank you for your kind comments. The lanai was a must when we purchased the villa as we felt that some shade was needed for families with children to protect them from the sun. The extended deck gives them room to play with the pool fence to keep them safe. We know that our management company can be replied upon to respond when our guests do have a problem.

  We had a fantastic holiday at Zerbino. It was the perfect base for all the Disney parks (only 30 mins drive away) and we found the villa wonderful to return to and relax. Our 5 year old son simply loved the pool (as did his older brother and dad)! We made good use of the lania - we ate here and mum took some time out to read her book and then take a "well earned dip" in the pool! We also used the Glenbrook club swimming pool and tennis courts which were excellent, and were made to feel very welcome when we joined in the Easter party there. The villa welcome pack is very detailed and we found it very informative. There are lots of lovely places to eat very nearby and we made good use of the take out service - again enjoying these in the lania area. The villa is really luxurious and we wanted for nothing - Except for a longer holiday! It is obvious the owners take real pride in their villa which is immaculate and we would not hesitate to recommend Zerbino to anyone. Thank you very much for such a lovely holiday. We hope to return again one day.

  I wanted to take a minute to say "thank you" for such a wonderful place to take a nice relaxing vacation!!! The location was very accommodating and in a very nice neighborhood also. The house was very clean and the amenities were perfect especially the back patio area which included a nice covered table area and best of all our own screened in pool w/ spa. Having a 2 yr old we noticed right away the extra mile taken to protect against a serious tragedy with the protective fence all the way around the pool and spa as well as the high latches on the patio doors. Awesome!!! The owners called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and also checked in the day we left. Kudos!!! I have already recommended this property to friends and family and am sure to returned myself...thanks again!!! Rob

  What a fantastic vacation home! It looked exactly like it did on the website and it was everything it claimed to be. Easy to find, great proximity to all Disney parks and other popular attractions. Grocery store right around the corner as well as a pharmacy. Shopping malls a short drive away. VERY clean, tastefully decorated, very well maintained, all necessary amenities from towels to dishes and cooking utensils to pool toys, board games and books. We spent countless hours in the beautiful swimming pool and spa; unwinding after a long day at the parks and a couple of days spent entirely at the house just to relax and enjoy the pool. We were in the games room almost every night with our kids age 16 & 13, HUGE BONUS! The owners were absolutely wonderful right from the personal phone call I received to thank me for the booking to all the follow up emails before we left and especially the "welcome" call when we arrived at the villa to make sure we had everything we needed. I've rented a number of vacation properties and have never received such personal customer service as this. Very impressive!! We highly recommend this home and would absolutely book again!   We've had the best stay ever in Florida, thanks to Carol & David. Their home is absolutely gorgeous and so well equipped. The pool was a definate hit with our two boys, worth heating, and of course the PS2 in the Den! The distance to Disneyworld is just perfect to get to and to get away from it all at the end of the day - such a lovely friendly, clean and tidy neighbourhood and so quiet. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and a great supermarket just at the entrance to the estate. Your attention to detail makes the holiday so much more special - with your contact through emails and phone calls, all very much appreciated. The Piggybank is being fed ... we will be back!   The villa is set in a quiet residential/rental area, minutes from the highway 27, which is a main highway to Disney and other popular attractions on the I-4. The Villa is clean and easy to access; the owners are well experienced and produced an excellent package of information for us to read prior to our vacation. It is so relaxing here, you really dont feel it is a rental as it has all the amenities of your own home that you will require for your stay. It's great to come back after a long day and make full use of the pool and spa. The bedrooms are all clean and although there was only 2 of us, there is plenty of room for a family of 6. The `den` which is in the front is an excellent idea, as it gives a space away from the living room, this also has a TV and playstation, with DVD's and some books (if you have the time or energy!!) I have stayed in the same road on a previous visit and would definitely recommend to any family to stay at this location. There is a `sweet bay` convenience store around the corner, this is quite expensive due to the convenience, but there is a wal-mart along the highway, that has similar stuff which you may require. Overall a great place to stay and the owners make you feel most welcome. I would stay here again when next in the clermont/kissimmee area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
