You will be greeted and checked in, by Owner Direct Vacation Rentals, who will be your point of contact during your stay. They will provide a welcome packet with coupons, local maps, and a great discount dining card, which will save you money on dining and some Par 3 golf, and attractions. You will also receive a 'starter' pack with some paper products, soaps, and kitchen items.
This is a nice condo located in the Arbor Trace section of Barefoot Resort. Barefoot has a mix of condos and private homes, nestled among 4 signature golf courses: The Norman, Dye, Fazio, & Love. There is also a covered balcony to relax, and enjoy panoramic views of the 13th hole of the Norman course, from your condo. You will enjoy walking & biking thru this beautiful landscaped community. This location is a midway point between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach area attractions.
Decorated in a beachy theme, the master Br has 1 King bed ( which may be split into 2 twins), + full bathroom. BR 2 has 2 twins and use of the main bathroom. The living room has a sofa ( new in 2011) and chair; dining area has seating for 6 . The open kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking- microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, and pots & pans. Appliances are all full-sized and there is a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Our pool is a short walking distance from the golf villa, or take a 2 minute drive to the main resort pool. For beach goers, there is a seasonal shuttle to the beach cabana, where you may use the rest room facilities there. Or you may drive you car 5 minutes to the beach front, and park at the public parking lot ( no meters!).
Within the resort, is a golf school, driving range, & bar & grill ( at the range). The marina ( located behind the North Tower on Harbour Pointe Rd), has jet ski rentals, and Docksiders restaurant is open for great appetizers and outdoor dining on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway.
Just across the waterway is Barefoot Landing, with over 100 beach stores, specialty shops, restaurants and bars. There is a white tiger show, kiddie rides, floating bridges across the ponds, fish, ducks, and turtles! The House of Blues has great food as well as Summer concerts, and The Alabama Theater has live shows, nothing short of Broadway.
