This two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished unit is located in Ironwood Country Club. There is a large outdoor patio with a private barbecue and the entire unit is beautifully decorated Tommy Bahama style. The bedrooms are separated by the main living area with their own bathrooms.
The ideal renter would be someone that wants to stay somewhere that is very clean in a quiet, beautiful setting. There are numerous restaurants, shopping venues and golf courses close by. Palm Desert is centrally located, very close to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indio, and Indian Wells.

About the owner: I work at Tracy Community Church in Tracy, California. My wife the principal at a private Christian School and I am an Associate Pastor. We have have two children and two granddaughters. We have been married for 38 years and enjoy vacationing in Palm Desert, which is why we decided to purchase property that we could rent to people that could have a wonderful vacation in one of our favorite spots.
Why the Owner Chose Ironwood Country Club:
The Palm Desert / Palm Springs area are beautiful. The weather is fantastic. Lots to do and only an hour and a half drive to San Diego, less than two hours to Disney Land, Universal Studios and Las Angeles for day trips or over night visits. There is a zoo right outside the main entrance to Ironwood Country Club.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Shopping on El Paseo Drive is a must. There is a huge outlet mall just 30 minutes away on Highway 10. The River is a great place to shop, eat and go to the movies. There are numerous 5 star restaurants very close by. You could stay for months and choose not to eat at the same place twice.
