  My boyfriend and I had an amazing vacation. The cabana was PERFECT for us and our needs. Quaint, well stocked, beautifully decorated, excellent beach access were huge pluses. Minus food and personables, they had just about everything we needed (except a vegetable peeler, which really isn't a big deal, but I just don't like skin on my mashed potatoes!). The owners, Dan and Susan were amazing, too. They were patient with my numerous questions and emails, and when we hit a snag upon check-in, the situation was handled quickly and professionally. We caught a bunch of fish right from the shore, built a beautiful fire, rode horses with Equine Adventures, and ate dinner at Breakwater and Dinky's to name a few. We are refreshed and content, and most definitely super excited about renting here again.

  The cabana looked charming in the pictures and was just that. Fully functional too. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there.

  This cabana was very nice, small, but a great use of space. It was perfect for just me and my husband. We enjoyed our quiet, relaxing vacation.

  The condo was exactly what we expected. There was just enough room for the two of us. We were able to walk to the beach and fish in just a few minutes. The area restaurants were great.

  We very much enjoyed our stay. It hadn't been properly cleaned but wasn't disgusting. There were also a few minor maintenance issuus. Very nice place. Would definitely stay again.

  Great location and the cabana is kept up beautifully. It's perfect for having that little place on the beach that you can go back and forth to and enjoy a real beach loving vacation. The owners are great to deal with. Pros: Location- just a quick walk to the beach. Close to Hatteras ferry, inlet and restaurants.; Kept up nicely- nice cookware, dishes and supplies. Bathroom nice size for smaller place. Living furniture nice and comfy. Rooftop deck and chairs awesome!; Parking is private and covered which keeps car cool; There's a hose to rinse off when you first get off of the beach and at the house which is great! Cons: Kitchen table and chairs don't stack together so if you've got 4 people and are using pull out couch it's difficulty to find places to put them except in your walking areas and in kitchen; Smaller appliances because it's a smaller place (so just know this when you're packing and planning meals); Bath mats and floor mats not provided so sand travels all over hardwood floors and is everywhere (just keep their provided broom handy or bring your own mats/towels to lay down). Overall: This place was a great value for it's location in OBX. I would definitely recommend it!

I will definitely add bath matt and rug to the list of must brings. We used to have rugs but found it impossible to keep clean in the sandy environment so we removed them. So sorry you were not able to drop the leaves in the table, I will make sure table instructions are added to the info booklet we supply for guests to avoid this issue in the future.   We stayed at Quality Times the week of 7/14/12. It was a wonderful week. The cabana was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Comfortable bed. Good location on a great section of the beach. It never seemed crowded at the beach. I would definitely go back. The cabanas are a good size for 2 adults. I do not think I would want to be in one with 4 adults. The family in the neighboring cabana had 3 small children and two parents and I would think that was crowded and not relaxing. The complex is ocean front, but this unit is not ocean front. It was about the 5th or 6th unit from the ocean front. If an ocean front view is important to you, this may not be the cabana for you. We had dinner at a number of good restaurants in the area. Dinky 's was our favorite, but we did not have anything to eat that wasn't good. The red & white grocery store was convenient and served our needs. We brought some non-perishables from home and went to the grocery for breakfast and lunch items.

  We had a great time. The ocean is right there and beautiful. The cabana was great. Very clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Loved the two decks. People very friendly there. Take the free ferry to Ocracoke. The beaches are beautiful. Found almost a whole sand dollar not broken. Had a great time.

  We had a wonderful time in our Cabana. It is decorated perfectly....an ocean beach theme. The sleep number bed was wonderful. As the description of the property indicates, there is no direct ocean view, but the beach is a 1 minute walk over the dune. The kitchen was well appointed, the bathroom very nice. After having camped at Hatteras for many years, we can't tell you how wonderful it was to come off the beach to air conditioning and a shower!
