What a great neighborhood this house is located in! Small, Gated and friendly--Sunrise Beach is close to all kinds of activities including the beach.It's located south of 30A just east of 393---You'll love it! This custom designed home is easy to live in--with many special features---special use of colors in each room and lots of fun and funky art throughout. The kitchen is very well equiped with "gourmet features". The living area with 10 Ft ceiling is on the second floor. A granite bar, where you can hang out while watching the cook, separates the kitchen and the living-dining area--which opens to the 15x12 screened porch, almost doubling the living space. A Gas Grill is located on the angled deck. Both porch and deck provide a view of the Gulf. There are 4 bedrooms. Three with Queen beds and 1 with a double single bunk. The Master is located behind the Living area and has it's own deck overlooking the pool. It has a spectacular "Split Level" bath, with a jacuzzi tub and an extra large shower with seat. There is also a half bath on this level. The first floor has 3 bedrooms One with it's own bath, another bath is shared with the other 2 bedrooms There is a laundry room on the first floor. Walk out the back door to enjoy the 15x10 private pool when not sunning on the beach. There is a spacious deck surrounding the pool-- with tables and lounges and chairs by the pool.
