Why the Owner Chose SoCo: This home has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. The living and kitchen area is open and makes for a wonderful place to spend time together as a group. The deck outside is large and will accommodate many. The Webber grill outside is also a great touch. The kitchen and appliances are new and clean and allow for eating in, if you choose. The 4 beds are large, comfortable and the linens are high thread count and not cheap. Each bed has its own room. This is a wonderful home with many amenities. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The master bathroom has a HUGE shower with double shower heads. A wonderful upgrade.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Location. Incredible proximity to South Congress' live music, shops, restaurants, cafes, food trailers, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, 6th Street. Literally so close to everything in Austin many walk or ride a bike EVERYWHERE in Austin. Take an Uber or Lyft from the airport and save some money. Off street parking for 3 cars and 2 additional in front of the house. Privacy fence in the backyard which is great for kids.
