The Redwood has all of the amenities and space for the entire family. With 6 bedrooms + den and four full baths your entire group can spread out and relax. From the Redwood you can walk 3 blocks to historic Main Street or walk out the front door to the bus stop within 40 feet.
The amenities are endless. hot tub on the main floor. There are flat panel TV's in the LR and rec room, computer and wifi, pool table and ping pong, fenced in yard, 2 car garage. There is a game table in the LR as well as 2 couches for lounging around the wood burning fireplace. The west facing deck allows for peak views of the 10 Mile Range.
The fully stocked kitchen was updated in August 2011 with new cabinetry, granite slab counters and appliances. The open floorplan between the kitchen-LR-dining areas allows for a great space for family gatherings. If you are looking for a comfortable place for a family gathering look no further.
This is a NO smoking/NO pets home.

House was great!!! We will be back!! Had plenty of room and had use of sleds for the hill--- plenty of firewood,,,plenty of space to put all the vehiclesRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed here many times, and the house has always been so great for us, having a large group. There is so much space everyone is able to relax and not feel crammed. Another great feature is that you are in walking distance from downtown. Love how the newly remodeled kitchen looks. The owners have always been so helpful, kind, and easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We rented the property to house for a corporate retreat. It was absolutely fabulous! Great location, within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and the interior was spacious and accommodating. Check-in and out procedures could not have been any easier. Overall excellent experience in this house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About: My family has a long history in the Town of Breckenridge, being one of the key players in the original development of the ski area. We have always loved Breckenridge, and this house as well.
Why Historic District:
Our family built the house at the time when the ski area first opened-- it was originally made from redwood, but it has been remodeled & updated many times...We love its location as its separated from the hubbub of the ski area, yet the ski area & other amenities are easily accessible.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love adventure in the outdoors in both summer & winter. The short walk to town is also very nice. There are lots of nice hiking and mountain biking trails nearby.
