Welcome to Sea Cabins, you came here to relax and enjoy the good life by the sea and the view from the third floor will take your breath away. You can take the short walk to the beautiful beach or fish from the pier that is private to Sea Cabin guests. If you want to let the kids enjoy a playground, the County Park next door is just a few steps away.
Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your furnished balcony. The view of the ocean from here is great and the rhythmic sound of the sea and breeze off the ocean may tempt you to want to enjoy lunch and dinner from here as well. However, if you do want to get out, no problem, the condo is located in the heart of the recently renovated downtown Isle of Palms shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a Queen size Murphy Bed in the living room, and two built in bunk beds (great for the children) directly across from the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and departure cleaning is provided.
The beach is a short walk from your condo. The condo also features a large oceanfront pool with a lot of decking for sunbathing by the beach. There is also a nice grilling area for your outdoor cooking. If sightseeing is on your agenda, you are only a few miles to Sullivans Island and Fort Moultrie or just 13 miles to the historic District of downtown Charleston.
You are also within minutes of Cape Romaine Wildlife Refuge and Bulls Island. We have not even considered yet the many fine golf courses in the area. The activities and fine restaurants abound. My family enjoyed our recent stay at the condo. It was the perfect size for our family and the location was great. Tom was very friendly and easy to work with when booking the condo. Resort Quest also made checking in and out very easy as well. Overall we had an excellent stay. There were a few things that I felt could use and update. The wall with the TV was a hot mess and the TV was tiny. It was an eye sore. The condo was not super clean and for the price of the cleaning fee that was shocking to notice. Especially knowing that I had to take out the trash, pull the sheets and run the dishwasher myself. The shower also sounded as if you were going to fall through the floor at any moment. It seemed like the base of the tub structure needed to be replaced. None of these things are really serious problems but it is something I will consider if I decide to rent again.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: It came as a complete surprise that the Unit was not up to standards in regards to the cleanliness of the Unit. The Property Manager has been contacted and the Unit will undergo a complete cleaning. The Property Management Co. is going to contact the Property Owners Association to have the unit checked for any problems with the shower area. The Unit comes with a Murphy Bed to allow for a larger 2nd bed, this makes space somewhat of an issue but the problem as you descibed with be taken care of. We are pleased that you picked out unit and look forward to your return soon.

We had a nice visit to Isle of Palms; the location was great. The condo was very good for us (a couple with a 1 year old) - it was on the top floor with a nice balcony view of the ocean. It's nice to rent a one bedroom condo (for a one br price) for our small family. With the murphy bed you effectively have two bedrooms. About the owner: My wife and I are retired and live on the West Coast. We love to go to the beach and to travel to South Carolina and the Isle of Palms. We enjoy tennis, and golf and are excited each time we visit Charleston.
Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms:
The Charleston area has it's own unique charm. It is a wonderful place to visit and the history that surrounds the area is unbelievable. We personally enjoy going to the Plantations in the Spring, and visiting Cape Romain and Bulls Bay in the fall.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We bought a Sea Cabin Condominium because the Isle of Palms is so centrally located to any activity in the Charleston vacinity. We can be downtown in 20 minutes. There is plenty of golf courses and tennis courts within minutes of the location. The beach and pool are less than 100 yards away. You can open the screen doors at night and hear the sound of the waves. Fishing, boating, the beach, and sightseeing, what a great way to relax and spend some down time.
