Come stay at this cozy beach cottage! Only five buildings from the beach and boardwalk, and four from the center of town. Just park your car out back, for free, and never move it again. You can walk to anything you need! There are many restaurants to choose from, from Mexican, Italian, French, American, English, Seafood, or just Pizza !
The kitchen in this condo has been updated with all your modern conveniences, from a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and, YES, a blender for those 'five o'clock somewhere,' kind of days!!
The living room/dining area has the original hardwood floors that have been refinished.
The bathroom has been newly renovated, with tile and glass shower doors.
There is a brand new screened-in/Florida room with a ceiling fan, and a table to dine or play games in the quiet evenings.(Will be finished for 2013 season).
The cottage is located at the South side of Rehoboth Beach, away from all the stores and crowds of the boardwalk.
You will not be disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo because the owners clean and maintain the cottage to be superior. There is also an outside, private shower with hot and cold water and a shower wand to wash off the little ones.
There is a Weber charcoal grill for those barbecue nights, (tools for grilling supplied).
The owners also supply all guests with their phone number where they can be reach at all times. We are only located within a few minutes from Rehoboth, so dealing with any problem, is no problem! We strive to make our guests happy!

My family has been vacationing in Rehoboth for the past five years, we absolutely love it! However our experience with this property and the owners was just aweful. The description of the property is not consistent with its actual size - this place is TINY!!! The "master bedroom" barelly fits a queen size bed. The owners did not return our security deposit based on completely fabricated reasons. NO receipts were provided for alleged damage. We had a lovely week in our unit. The house was spotlessly clean (thank you Cynthia and Don) and was equipped with everything needed. We especially liked being able to walk only 1/2 half block to the beach and and to everywhere else in town. There is some very attractive gardening in front of the house and along the sides of the house. The air conditioning units functioned well and we found we didn't even need to use them all the time because of cross ventilation from the kitchen through the porch. The owners were very helpful when the refrigerator died; they brought over dry ice and replaced it with a new one the next day. It was clear that the owners were very attentive to details in maintaining the house. We did use the laundry room and I made use of the clothes lines with laundry pins to hang up my wet suit in the back of the house. There was one little problem I noticed: an damp (mildewy?) odor in some of the rooms, most noticeable the larger bedroom. Everything was so clean that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We would recommend Kilwin's for the best ice cream in town and the following restaurants: the Big Fish (thank you Cynthia and Don), MIXX, Lily Thai Cuisine, Summerhouse, Planet X Cafe, Jake's and Obie's for a quick lunch when you are at the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

I appreciate the facts you listed so others can see we are, "hands on," managers of our property whenever there is any kind of problem. We try to solve the problem asap, as we want our guests to enjoy their stay. As far as the mildew smell, it sometimes smells like that when it has rains a lot, and that is what happened before you came, and somewhat during your stay. Also, the house was built in the 1940's. Even though it is updated, the outer walls are still the original. Thanks again, and hope to see you again!!

This was our first visit to Rehoboth Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it! This apartment is perfectly located 1/2 block from the beach, on the first floor of a 2-unit cottage which is nestled behind a similar house. This gave it a very private feeling & although there were 3 other families there, we rarely ran into anyone else! The property is beautifully maintained & comfortably furnished. Private parking, outdoor shower & clothesline are great conveniences. I enjoyed having my morning coffee and evening margarita on the screened in porch!! :) The galley kitchen, although small, (but, hey, you're on vacation! You're not supposed to be preparing gormet meals!!), certainly provides all the essentials. The beds are comfortable, closets are large & updated bathroom is very nice! We couldn't have been more pleased with the location. I loved being able to walk barefooted to the beach every morning for an quiet stroll. My kids (17 &12) enjoyed being just a few short blocks from the boardwalk & downtown, where they could get fries & ice cream at will! My husband was happy not having to go very far for ANYTHING! The owners were delightful. When Cynthia initially sent us the contract it arrived as a thick manilla envelope filled with brochures, maps & booklets with tons of info about the area!!! I totally appreciated this, as I am one to research a location before we get there. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this lovely place...It truly felt as if we had the use of a friend's beach house for the week! Thank you, Cynthia & Don!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have rented the apartment for the past eight Junes. It is charming, comfortable, well-equipped, beautifully landscaped, and close to the boardwalk/beach. There are laundry facilities and toys for the beach. It is quiet, but also convenient to boardwalk life, great restaurants & watering holes, and to Rehoboth Avenue. We love our visits, and will return again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband and I are Landlords that are close to our rental for any problems there may be. We love taking care of our so called, 'doll houses,' and very much enjoy meeting our guests while doing our lawn, or watering the plants. We have two grown beautiful daughters, and thank God for our blessings. We take pride in everything we do at our property. We hope you enjoy them--and if there is a problem we hope you do not hesitate to let us know. We work very hard from Spring to late Fall.Sometimes thru the winter. Some winters we try to live life a little by traveling. Usually cruising--it is our favorite new thing!!
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
We choose Rehoboth Beach because of it's small town qualities. There were no high rise buildings or major highways to worry about children being hurt while riding their bikes or walking. It is a place where you can leave your beach spot, go back to the house or to eat on the boardwalk and not have to worry about people taking your things.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our vacation home is the -past Rehoboth--it is a beach cottage from the late 1940's but new kitchen and bath. We have clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Our NEW screened in porch is the best for the early morning coffee and paper or late night drink. It is also a great place to serve dinner. Our canvas enclosed/private outside shower is the BEST--you must try an outside shower once in your life! There is a free parking space in our backyard for you automobile. The best thing is you are SO CLOSE to the BEACH and the BOARDWALK--and only four blocks to the CENTER of town--COME join us---you won't be disappointed----
