This gorgeous 1 bedroom + bunk area and 2 bathroom unit is more than you’d ever expect and it’s been completely upgraded to include new furniture, carpet, paint, television, bedding and more.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with beautiful tropical bedding and an attached master bathroom that’s fit for a king and/or queen. The bunk room features built in bunk beds and are great for the kids. There’s even a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The second full bath is accessible through the hallway, so that both your drop in and overnight guests may use it.
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare both simple and gourmet meals each day. The dining area features a table with four chairs and a bar with bar stools, which allows everyone to enjoy their meals together. The laundry room is actually in your unit which makes washing those beach towels easier AND the living room leads to the balcony which is where you will find a tropical paradise directly overlooking the Lazy River and the Santa Rosa Sound. If you just can't leave work behind, you can utilize our high speed internet connection.
This private balcony overlooks a 700-foot lazy river. It is lined with palm trees and beautiful landscaping. Relax and enjoy the beauty as you float around. There are two seasonally heated pools with a waterfall flowing into it and 2 large hot tubs in the center of the bayside complex. There is also a gradual decline pool (or zero-entry level pool) that feeds into the Lazy River. Parents love the safety of their toddlers playing in the shallow water. To top it off, the beach side complex offers a 5000 sq. ft. pool, a splash garden water playground for the kids, a kiddy pool, and covered/uncovered pool, a large hot tub, the sugar white sandy beaches and our emerald green waters. The Skywalk connecting the beachside complex to the bayside complex makes using all of the amenities at Destin West a breeze! Cross over the bridge in ease without worrying about traffic. The beachside also has a state of the art fitness center right on the beach. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and seasonal cabana bars are located on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun.
Stroll along the beach to the Boardwalk for restaurants, shopping and the Great Pier for fishing, The famous Gulfarium, fine dining and great bars and entertainment! Rent a pontoon boat for the day (just 100 yards away) and visit the famous Crab Island for the day. Take the trolley to Destin's fine restaurants and shops or if you feel like a little adventure, rent a wave runner or kayak right in front of the resort! This resort is conveniently located close to popular attractions: Emerald Coast Convention Center, Golf Courses, The Fishing Pier, US Air Force Armament Museum, the Gulfarium, miniature golf, as well as Deep Sea fishing and Bay charter fishing. Additionally, groceries, movie rentals, loads of shopping and tons of restaurants are all nearby.
