  We had a great stay over spring break. The location is great--only a five minute walk to Pier Park and Dog Beach. The house is older, but clean. The deck is great and where we spent a lot of our time. The owner is nice and very quick to respond back to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

  We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family. The location is great, just a quick walk to the pier and Pier Park. I think we only used our car a couple times to run errands. Awesome deck for dining and enjoying time in the sun if you do not want to be by beach. The house was clean and furnished. We will be back again and the Owner was so nice and prompt to work with. We loved this house!! We have stayed further down where it is more crowded and this location is perfect, no crowding.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beach house over 4th of July in 2012. Perfect location!! We could sit on our deck and watch the fireworks off the pier. Pier Park is just a 5 minute walk. The beach is not busy like the condo beaches. So nice and relaxing. Plus the owner was great to work with. Very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

  This is THE perfect beach house in PCB! We come down often to see family and this is where we will be staying for each and every trip. The house is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and centrally located to everything you would want to do. All of the other reviews are exactly the way I feel about this house and Lisa is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to get back there! Look no further for a beach house...just contact Lisa and make the reservation...you won't be sorry!

  If you are looking for the most perfect authentic beach cottage.....then this is the answer to your dreams! We have been coming to PCB for many years but THIS is the very best yet. If you want clean, right on the beach, in the middle of all the action, beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture and beds......then look no further!! What you see in the pictures is what you see when you open the door, no surprises and nothing hidden. We love this house! Renting and communicating with Lisa is just a joy. You will not want to leave!!

  My family and I had a wonderful stay Labor day weekend. Even though it was busy on the beach, there were hardly any people on the beach in front of our house. The view was beautiful, seeing the sun set and feeling the breeze was just great! Even when we had a problem with our a/c Lisa was quick to get someone over to take care of us. The mall is close, Dusty's is right across the street, but you will find that most of the time you don't even feel like going anywhere except out to the ocean. Every morning, afternoon , and evening you will find yourself back out with your toes in the sand, having a great time just enjoying right where you are.

  This house was perfect for us. We were able to take our two dogs with us and that meant so much to us. The house was very well decorated and very clean. It was so relaxing just to stay on the beach all day and then enjoy the hugh deck. We loved being so close to the dog beach and so close to Pier Park. I want to say thank you so much to the owener Lisa! She was so great to work with and we cant wait till we go back next year!

  Despite the tropical storm winds, we had a great time at this property. Lisa was wonderful to work with and very flexible. The house was clean and very close to several attractions and restaurants. We walked to Pier Park and Dusty's Oyster bar several times with no problems. We had everything we needed (except for a little more sunshine...ha ha) and my 3 1/2 year old boys loved their "beach" bedroom. Thanks, Lisa, for sharing your house with us. We will definitely be back.

  I highly recommend this property and the owners. The home is exactly as pictured in the photos. Our favorite feature was the back deck- we spent all of our time there and on the beach. You just step off the deck and you are on the beach. Location, Location, Location! You are 3/10 of a mile from Pier Park and one of the twin Piers- easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. No more searching for a place to stay for years to come- this is it! We will be back!!

  My family of 8 loved our recent stay at this beach house! The location, cleanliness, layout, and decor was just amazing! Everyone loved being able to gaze out over the beach from the rear of the house and especially the back deck. The furnishings and decor are accurately represented in the photos on VRBO; everything is clean, calming, and cool - Lisa has made some great updates to this lovely beach house. We loved the fully furnished kitchen and grilled out several times during our stay. Pier Park is an easy quick walk just down the street and has a lot to offer in terms of shopping and restaurants. Most mornings, we enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the Gulf and spotted dolphins playing on the sand bar several times-we even encountered them during a "last day" swim out to the sand bar to search for shells! We had an amazing stay and I would recommend this house over and over again. We hope to be able to stay again soon!!!
