HOLIDAY WEEKS: Memorial Day Week add 10% (add 25% for Fri & Sat Prior)
July 4 week - add 10%; Labor Day Week Includes Mon & Tues until 12 noon - add 25%
MULTIPLE WEEKS Deduct 5% for 2 weeks or more weeks
All rentals are on a first come basis & are only confirmed after rental agreement
is signed and a non-refundable 1/3 deposit is received. Rentals are Sun to Sun
