Only 64 steps from the condo to the sand! Our newly remodeled unit has all the amenities you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation, from the large heated pool, the wonderfully landscaped grounds, even a sauna.
In front of your own under building parking, is a large storage closet with 2 bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, bogie boards, and other sand toys for little ones.
In the condo itself, you will find a very comfortable living room area that will quickly feel like home. The whole condo features cool tile floors and modern furniture with a tropical 'feel' to make your Florida vacation feel exactly right.
You can open the doors into the lanai to expand your living space with a large table and seating for dinner, card games, margaritas or what ever suits you, while enjoying the expansive view of the gulf. There are several wonderful choices for dining both on the key and within just a few miles. The local restaurants are fun and reasonably priced.

We stayed at this condo during March 2012. This place have everything. We loved having the nice bikes to ride around Manasota Key. The wi-fi is excellent. The condo is neat and tastefully furnished. There are 4 good restaurants within walking distance. We are coming back again next year. Harry and Gayle from IlliniosRecommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this condo and enjoyed every minute. The condo had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We were so happy to have wi-fi and new flat screens in the living area and bedroom. We loved walking everywhere on the key as well as having such wonderful access to the beach. We found this beach to be very interesting. It has a natural beauty and is very uncrowded. We spent hours shelling and collecting sharks teeth. We hope to return to this location next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We are both teachers and love to spend time in the summer in our beach condo, ( I know, really weird to leave Iowa and spend the summer in Florida) we have a new grandbaby living in the Fort Myers area and this is the perfect way to visit for longer periods of time without driving our kids nuts.

We have vacationed in Florida for 30 years and have been coming back to Manasota Key for the last ten years. This is such a special place, that when the opportunity to purchase our condo came up, it didn't take us long to decide it was for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to ride the bikes in the morning, followed by long walks on the beach in the afternoons. Sitting on the lanai, listening to the restful sound of the ocean waves, reading a good book is a perfect end to a glorious day.
