For the sports enthusiasts this is a great location. Spring baseball training is just minutes away at Goodyear Stadium that houses the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians. It's only a 25 minute drive to the other West Valley Stadiums; Surprise Stadium (Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals) and Peoria Stadium(San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners).
For the Nascar fan, Phoenix International Raceway is within 10 minutes. The Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes play your favorite NFL and NHL teams, all within a 30 minute drive.
