The flat is perfectly located downtown. Sitting right above Main Street, it offers downtown amenities that are easy to walk too. I loved being centrally located while still being relatively close to all my favorite spots in the valley. The apartment was cozy and relaxing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our family of four spent three days in Kalispell and were very pleased with Camas Flats. The location was perfect. Centrally located in downtown Kalispell and convenient to all Main street has to offer. We loved the recently remodelled flat and found everything to be in working order. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent 6 nights and loved it! The location on main street was perfect for us. I was born & raised in Kalispell and wanted to be within walking distance to some of my favorite places (check out Colter Coffee for the best coffee roaster in town, Norms News for a great burger and ice cream). Camas flats had everything we needed from full kitchen, living room, breakfast bar, nice bathroom with large walk-in shower, and washer/dry in the unit (would have liked a full length morror though) and the decor was warm and beautiful. We showed the flat to some of our friends and family and they were thoroughly impressed with the decor and price. We plan to book early next time so we can have all 14 days in the flat rather than the 6 consecutive that were available. Kudos to the owners for making our stay so pleasant!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The flat was everything the listing and photos described. Certainly home away from home. Walking distance to great restuarants, shops, and the mall. Flat #1 faces main street and the road noise could be frustrating for those sensitive to noise. If you are a light sleeper, I'd reccommend you stay in Flat #2 or Flat #3. I would definately stay here again and again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I had a meeting in Kalispell and needed a place with a kitchen. This location was one mile from my meeting and had a kitchen. I was a bit nervous about the noise as it was on the main street of town. There was indeed a lot of road noise but the owners supplied white-noise machines that were surprisingly effective. So much so that I ordered one when I got home for future travels. The kitchen only had dishes and a few pots and pans. No bowls, baking sheets, measuring cups, microwave bowls, etc. I was a bit panicked as I needed to cook for my dietary needs. When I pointed out that the kitchen was lovely, but I could not cook in it, they immediately went out and purchased necessary items. They are new to the VRBO scene, but responsive and the rental was lovely. Further suggestions would be a bedroom fan and better lighting in the kitchen. The addition of under counter lights would help a lot for us over 50 types! In addition the operators also have the yarn store under the rental units. It is the prettiest yarn store I have ever seen. Made me want to take up knitting. Yes, I would recommend this location and these owners.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed in flat #1 and found it to be exactly as described. We felt like we were in a luxury apartment! The only problem we had was the road noise while we were trying to sleep. If anyone in your party is a light sleeper, I would recommend choosing flat #2 or #3. The owner provided us a box fan for the last two nights, which did help drown out some of the noise. Otherwise, the property was clean, well decorated, and quite comfortable, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. We also found several great local restaurants within walking distance that were fantastic! Hops was a great upscale burger place, and Sweet Peaks had very creative ice cream options. We highly recommend both!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Hi Karen, Thanks for the knid words about our flat. Also, thanks for letting us know about the road noise being an issue for you. Due to that, I asked some local hotels what they used to help with Main Street sounds, they said they give white noise machines to their rooms facing Main Street. I did some research online and bought two of the best rated machines for Flat #1. Hope to have you stay with us again soon. Andy

The Camas Flats exceeded my expectations with beautiful decor and attention to detail. My mother and two children stayed here for only one night but I can not wait to stay there again. Having an almost two year old and a five year old I was a little nervous about staying in an apartment/flat, but the minute I walked in I felt right at home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfy, cozy and clean this place was. The owners were wonderful and gave us a lot of helpful and practical advice, making the most of our short stay in Kalispell. The yarn shop below was a splendid surprise - amazing little place to shop! Also a must is Colter Coffee, just a short walk away. Great coffee and cheerful service. I only wish we could have stayed longer, there is just so much to see and do in the surrounding area. We would definately reccomend this stay, and will be returning! - BonnieRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
