Andy and Melanie have created a lovely apartment, full of old time charm with just the right amount of modern, luxurious amenities. And the location, right in the heart of downtown Kalispell, allows a real experience of the town. For us, it would have been preferable to have the unit with the windows over the street as we are not light sleepers and would have enjoyed the 'people watching' and the ability to see the sky and surrounding buildings. However, it is nice to have the option of units offering a more quiet and private environment. The only other thing I would make sure one is aware of if considering renting one of these is that you must be able to handle stairs as there is no elevator. Highly recommended and a lovely way to visit while feeling like one has a 'second home'.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We live about 80 miles east of Kalispell and needed a home base for a couple days while we had appointments in the valley. This worked out perfectly for us! Newly renovated. Kitchen stocked with exactly what you might need for light during a vacation. Very clean. Super comfortable. Fabulous location - right in the heart of downtown Kalispell. Owner made himself available for any questions via text or call. Great vibe - beautifully decorated, lovely high ceilings, soothing earth tones. nice closet space in bedroom, elegant shower. No street noise that I noticed during our stay.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My husband and I spent an extended weekend here and it was the perfect venue for a relaxing few days. Ideally located on Main Street, this afforded us the opportunity to browse the close-by shops on foot and there were several good restaurants to try (specifically, Split Rock Cafe and Hops). The apartment was impeccably clean and the kitchen was outfitted with everything needed to prepare meals. The only nit-picking here is that the coffee maker is a small 4-cup model & for coffee junkies like us, it required brewing two pots! Extremely comfortable furnishings and lovely high ceilings and glass block windows made this loft apartment feel luxurious and because September has been unseasonably warm, the AC was an added bonus! There is no wheelchair access and initially, you must go up the fire escape-like stairs around the back to access the key. There is also a streetfront set of stairs by which you can come and go. I would stay here again for sure.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This lovely apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for a short term stay. It is located in the heart of historic Kalispell and is within walking distance to shopping, dining and art galleries. We found it to be incredibly quiet. There were people occupying one of the other units but you never heard them. The climate control kept us very comfortable in the summer heat. The bed and pullout bed were both very comfortable and we were provided with more than enough bath towels and bedding. I don't think I would ever stay in a hotel in Kalispell again. I would very highly recommend these suites for your next stay. Affordable and very charming.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Small apartment but perfect for our needs. So much better then a hotel. Tastefully decorated, nicely laid out and unbelievable quiet. We could walk to everything needed and the private parking spot was a perfect place to leave the car we didn't need.unless we drove to Big Fork or White Fish. Added bonus: it is above the best yarn shop I've ever been in.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Sounds cliche, but this suite really was a mini home away from home for my week stay. Well equipped. Clean. Charming. Good bed. Bedding options (I switched out the synthetic duvet for the cotton quilt readily available in the closet). Air conditioner worked well. Flat 2 faces building next door and has glass block windows - lots of light but you cannot really see outside. This was alright with me because it was private and peaceful - no street noise. Owners were professional and responsive. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property, except for people challenged by stairs.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
