Loft at Mountain Village condo description
Come stay in this newly renovated 2 bedroom plus a loft apartment perfect for both families and avid skiers!
The condominium is on the top floor at the Village Loft. If you are familiar with Park City Mountain Resort, this is the building closest to the large parking lot with ticket windows on the first floor, closest to Payday Lift. The balcony overlooks the beginner skiing area magic carpet. In fact, if you take the elevator down to the basement, you’ll find yourself at the entrance to the kids’ ski school! The first floor opens onto the slopes. You are no more than 100 feet from Payday Lift. The resort has numerous ski rental shops, restaurants and other shopping to choose from, and even an ice skating rink!
Go to the Park City Mountain Resort website mountain cams.
The resort plaza cam is mounted on our building!
Also, the Payday base cam shows the corner of our building on the right side of the screen. As you can tell, you truly are at the center of it all!
While very close to the heart of the action, the apartment remains a quiet getaway. There is new carpet and paint throughout the apartment. The entrance has ski racks for your equipment.
The large living room features a 42” flat screen TV with local cable access to over 50 channels. It has a blu-ray player. There is free Wi-Fi access, and 2 i-pod/i-phone music players in the unit. There is a pull out Queen sized sleeper sofa which (as you would expect) is not all that comfortable. There is a gas fireplace and deck with great views of the mountain.
The kitchen is cozy, but has all your basic needs including a wide variety of pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker.
The master bedroom is on the lower level and features a king sized bed, deck access, and a 38” flat screen TV with cable access and a DVD player. It has its own mini refrigerator, and can be locked off separately from the main living area.
The stairs lead up to the loft overlooking the living room where there are 2 twin beds and a TV. A door leads to the second bedroom where you will find a queen sized bed and another TV. There is a sliding glass window opening to a small deck on the opposite side of the building that is shared with the next apartment and provides a limited view of the resort area. Off the second bedroom is a cozy windowless room with 2 twin mattresses on the floor, a good hideaway for kids or tired skiers just looking for a good place to sleep.
The condominium is actively managed by Lespri Resorts, located in Park City. Our property manager Tim is available to help with any issues while you are staying with us.
Park City is the perfect ski town! Main Street is less than 1/2 mile away and can be reached by walking, driving, taking the free year round shuttle, or skiing down to the town lift. There you will find shops, dining and entertainment to suit any budget. The shuttle services each of the other 2 main resorts near town - Deer Valley and The Canyons.
Salt Lake City (SLC) airport provides a quick in/out experience, with car rental facilities on site, and a drive to your condo that takes less than an hour.
Park City remains an exciting destination in the summer. High temperatures are often in the 70s, rarely the 80s, with cool evenings. The resort base outside your door becomes a playground for kids and adults, with an alpine slide, climbing wall, mini-golf, trampolines, and lifts for hiking and mountain biking. There are numerous festivals and art fairs throughout the summer with outdoor concerts and other live entertainment.
Although it's a little far, we've driven to Arches National Park, hiked to see the sublime Delicate Arch, and returned, all in a day. Canyonlands, Zion, and Bryce are all similarly long day trips away.

Year Purchased: 2011
About: We are a family of four with two young children who love to escape to the mountains. Our kids learned to ski at Park City (in the ski school based in this building!) We still find new experiences here every time we come.
Why Loft at Mountain Village:
We've skied all over North America, and nowhere comes close to offering the total ski experience that Park City offers. There are runs for every level skier, and the snow is unrivaled. We love the fresh air in the summer and all the activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
As a family who used to rent properties away from the resort to save a little money, we continue to be amazed how much staying at a ski in/out condo adds to the vacation. When ski rentals, dining, parking, ski school, and the lifts are all right downstairs, it adds hours to each day for enjoying your vacation.
