  This condo is very nice. It was clean, private (corner), and well-furnished. The view was so beautiful. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and all you see is the ocean and sunrises and sunsets. The owners were very nice and helpful in answering my questions and making my stay enjoyable. The resort was nice too. We spent most of our time at the indoor pool and lazy river and just sitting on the second floor chairs enjoying the floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We really enjoyed our week vacation in this location. Special to us was the beautiful sunrise almost every morning and the access to the beach and ocean. We were extremely happy with the spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Thank you very much. Brad and Norma Boyko New Brunswick Canada

  The suite was just the right size for two people! The view of the ocean from both the living room and the bedroom was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the owners calling to check on us during the week. Would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  Beautiful Ocean view from both the master bedroom and the living room area. This condo is a fantastic value and is centrally located to shopping and dining. My family and I cannot wait to return next year!

  This condo has incredible beach views from its floor-to-ceiling windows and awesome balcony. The resort pools and beach are just steps away. We were lucky enough to even spot dolphins swimming off-shore from the balcony! The condo itself was clean, quiet, and exactly as promised. The location was great, too, with many nearby restaurants and Broadway at the Beach is just minutes away. The owners were very kind and helpful, as well. Great for families with children.

  We loved the condo, the view and amenities were perfect. It was very clean. The condo is only a few feet away from the beach, the ocean was warm. Also the the owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. We played 6 golf games in a row. Our top 3 are: The Love course at Barefoot, King's North and Tidewater. If you are not a biker, to be in Myrtle Beach during the Memoriald day weekend is a nightmare. There are too many bikes on the road, the traffic is very bad but other that we would love to go back in 2 years. Thanks again to all the owners !

  Great Condo! Room was very clean and loved the view of the ocean. Owners were great and available for any questions or concerns before, during, and after our trip. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again !

  Our family had a great time in Myrtle Beach at the Patricia Grand. The owners were fantastic to work with and the condo is great - clean and in a good location. Best part - being on the 3rd floor you do not need to take the elevators - stairs work just fine. :-) Highly recommend the Ultimate California Pizza restaurant within walking distance - great pizza! Also visited the aquarium, Huntington Beach Park, Brookgreen Gardens and Alligator Adventure. All lots of fun. Thanks again!

  BEST TIME EVER in Myrtle Beach! This condo-3rd floor of the Patricia Grand, was just perfect for our family of 4...clean & neat. We enjoyed both pools, the lazy river & 4 hot tubs. Such a short walk to the beach that it was a treat to come back up & have lunch pool-side, ordered from the restaurant. Everyone we encountered staff-wise was helpful & welcoming. The weather cooperated with only 1 full day of rain - no problem, we just took a day of rest from the sun! What great waves for body-surfing! My husband & kids like to say 'we wore the ocean out!' with all the fun we had....we will definitely return, as the owners did a great job - even checking in with us to be sure everything was fine! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your vacation condo :)

  Great stay! Nice,clean condo with awesome views of the beach! Great location if you want to stay out of the main stream but within easy walking distance of great restaurants ( Sea Captain's House, Magnolia's on 26th) and shopping. The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. They called to make sure we were having a good time and to make sure there was nothing we needed. We would definitely rent from them again!
