Incredible home on the Big Thompson river with everything you need and could think of. Large, five bedroom with six bathrooms, spacious family room with wood fireplace - oversized full kitchen with Jennaire appliances and 10 person dining table. Master bedroom Suite with private entrance and private bathroom with soaking tub and oversized shower.
On the upper level are four bedrooms, the second bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a deck overlooking the river, the third bedroom has a king bed with shared bath, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and view of the river, while the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and private bath. TVs and a Game Cube is also available. Also located on the upper level is a game room with pool table and 'in-floor' miniature golf.
Outside is an awesome deck that follows the back half of the home- with gas grill, oversized hot tub, large table, and a bridge which leads you to a rock for fishing.
On the other side of this home is a fire pit with several seats for making great memories. Hammocks are located in the trees on the property. The Manor will sleep 12-16 comfortably.
The home also has a 100+ year old historical guest house which sleeps six. (rented seperately),
