This condo has one of the largest balconies of any 2 bedroom condo in all of Panama City Beach. It is 40 Feet long.
This Gulf Crest condo is a dream. Purchased in May 2004 and furnished with high quality furnishings and a fine red leather sectional sofa with a sleeper. Three TV's each with a DVD and VCR player. The condo has bunkbeds which are a full single-size sleeper. New G.E. Appliances. A million dollar deck with magnificent views.
Ride the high speed elevator down to choose one of the two swimming pools,two hot tubs, or the gulf with its white sand. Many excellent restaurants are nearby - Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's (my favorite), Angelos, Hamilton House, Pampanos, to name a few.
You can also go deep sea fishing or enjoy a pontoon boat rental and fish and swim in the bay. Shopping is dominated by a super Wal Mart within one mile. For snacks and Pizza- Wendy's and Pizza Hut are near.
Fishing at the Panama City Pier - about 20 minutes away - is something to experience - no license is required.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is HUGE! More than enough space and storage for our large family. The unit was very clean and the complex is also very neat, clean and family oriented. We will definately stay here again!

We cannot fully express just how much we enjoyed our stay. The teenager loved the beach and the baby loved the pool. Although the weather wasn't so cooperative, the balcony made it enjoyable. We enjoyed out stay do much we can't wait until we return! We were proud to stay here so we know you aare poroud of this great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had wonderful weather! Our daughter and her friend stayed with us until thursday--they loved the place. We hope to come back some day. You have a beautiful place - I know you must be proud of it.

We've come to Panama City since 1988 or so. Mainly spring break; twice in October. We really enjoyed your condo; it is really great! We liked the setup, parking, pool location and view. We stayed at the Moonspinner for 9 or 10 years- Long Beach 3 0r 4 times. We even had great weather though Bonnie and Charley tried to come through. Only 2 days of no sun. The rest was great! Hope to come back and we'll tell everyone where to stay at PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Thanks so much. Everything was very nice including the weather. We hope to get to come back someday.
