The condo was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need except leftover containers, a crockpot, and a large frying pan. We had four adults and never felt like we were in each other's way. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. Each room has its own private bathroom, which was great. I would definitely rent this unit again. We saw dolphins three times in six days in the ocean right in front of the condo. The keyless entry was wonderful and the code was easy to remember. Deb was easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. Food is really good at The Black Marlin. The comedy club above King Fisher was great.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.

This listing is exactly what you get. Very clean and maintained. We have been to Hilton Head previously but this was our first time in the condo. It was awesome. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony which extends from the living room to master bedroom. Nice view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property. Little Venice restaurant in Shelter Cove Harbor is awesome italian food. Alexander's is also great.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

At first I was skeptical about what this condo would really look like and if it included everything it listed on VRBO. I am pleased to report I have found a vacation spot where there truly is truth advertising. It doesn't get any better than to be able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony off of our bedroom. In fact my teenage daughter commented she could hear us talking on the balcony as she walked off the beach to return to our condo. What surprised me the most was how spacious the beach was in front of the condo. We had plenty of room to spread out and play any game on the beach we wanted without disturbing anyone else. Another pleasant surprise was the down home feeling the condo provided. It was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and made me feel I was actually in a home away from home. Another thing my family enjoyed was the ability to have a home cooked meal, go out for nice dinner, or be able to do anything in between depending on how we felt. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from McDonalds to fine dining seafood restaurants. Of course if you missed the chain restaurants there were the Olive Garden, Fuddruckers, Longhorn, Applebees, etc. If you choose to eat in, the grocery stores were conveniently located to satisfy any need. Naturally there was plenty of shopping (Shelter Cove, Sea Pines, Coligney) and activities to do if you wanted to do other things rather than sit on the beach. We rented bikes and kayaks as we enjoyed the bike paths and canals throughout Palmetto Dunes. We also did a little fishing, but we weren't adventurous enough to do the parasailing, banana boat rides, deep sea fishing, or jet skis. From a practical standpoint it was very convenient to have garage parking and an elevator so we didn't have carry all of our stuff up flights of stairs. Even though the weather was disappointing none of us were ever bored as there were board games and decks of cards to play when the weather was bad and we weren't out and about. The other thing I noticed was we never felt "crowded" in the condo as there was plenty of space for anyone to do there own thing. Me and my family are planning on coming back to this place every year, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. I appreciate the owners providing us with an accurate description of the property through the photos and video, as well as all the amenities listed on this site. What you see is what you get.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I went to Hilton Head with my family the first week of June. The pictures of the property are exactly what you get! A beautiful view of the ocean, an updated kitchen and a comfortable condo. We had a wonderful stay. It was also very comforting knowing that the co-owner of the condo lived in hilton head year round. She was very helpful with suggestions of bike rentals, restaurants, and activities. We had a wonderful vacation! ThanksRecommended for: Families with teenagers.

Oh my GOSH!! This was an awesome place to stay with your family or just the two of you on a getaway. When you walk through the door you can see the ocean. The place is beautifully decorated. The commons area was large enough to hold all 6 of us and have room left over. You can see the ocean pretty much from every room. The master suite is fantastic. The other bedroom has twin beds with a full bath as well. The balcony was large and the furniture out there was great. The heated pool and hot tub are but just a short walk from the room. I love the views of the ocean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I feel as if I made new friends. If you want a great place with a great location, privacy when you want it, and fantastic location to the beach and pool areas, then this is where you need to be.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Beverly, Thank you very much for the review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We also feel like we made a new friend by having you stay with us. We hope to hear from you again and look forward to you and your family coming back year after year.
