  This was the best family vacation we ever took. We did not want to leave. This Condo is beautiful, comfortable and just about everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. The balcony overlooking the marina behind the condo was a joy. Morning coffee before the kids got up watching the fishing boats leaving was just great. The beach is only 2 blocks away. Restaurants and amusement park, minature golf and boat rides were all with in walking distant. This isn't only my opinion, our 4 year old grandson asked his grandpa if he would buy this house for us. We will defintely come back!

  We rented this apartment for only one week unfortunately! I was with my parent-in-law who are 70 and 80 years old, my husband , my 3 children and one of my daughter's friend. All of us were happy. The beach was very closed , so my father in law can walk to the beach with no difficulties. We were very closed to the boardwalk so my children ( teenagers) were very excited!. I loved this apartment first because it was very clean and very spacious for 8 people and I recommande it because the owners were very nice and very helpful! I will re-rent this apartment again for sure!!! Genevieve.

  My family enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is excellent right next to the marina and within a couple blocks of many restaurants, mini-golf, beach and boardwalk. The condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. The renters were very friendly and made renting from them very simple. I'd rent here again!!

  We have been coming to Ocean City for quite a few years and this condo is centrally located to the beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants and amusements. The sunset looking out over the bay is spectacular if you are able to catch it. The condo is beautifully furnished, with all the amenities and made our stay quite relaxing and so enjoyable. We would recommend this condo to anyone wishing to come to Ocean City for the first time because the location is within walking distance to the beach, bay, boardwalk, restaurants and amusements. We hope to come back next year.

  As a fairly hard to please person I was a little nervous about picking a rental. This was a perfect choice! Comfortable! Clean!I traveled with extended family (including ages 2, 6 AND two 16) and was suprised when there was not one complaint! The owners were very attentive, easy to work with and quick to answer any concerns through email or phone call. The location was perfect. It was easy to cross to the beach which we were concerned about with two small children. We also took advantage of FishTales and jetski rentals being right next door. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the bay from the balcony. The pool was enjoyable too and they provided a few toys. I would definately recommend this rental to anyone reading this! It was our best vacation yet and will be the first place we consider if we decide to do Ocean City again! Thanks again to the Ahearns for making this a vacation we will always remember!

  Our stay at Mariner's Watch was truly the best. The pictures do not do the property justice - it is gorgeous! We were wowed from the moment we walked in. The condo is very well kept an modern. The owner's were easy to reach and extremely pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy. The property is conveniently located to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

  We had a great stay and enjoyed our visit to Ocean City MD. Great location and plenty of room. The pool could be bigger but it does the job. Hope to do it again next year.

  We rented this condo the first week of August 2010. The place was absolutely beautiful -- the listing description and the pictures posted on-line are very accurate. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The condo was very clean and is well-maintained. We enjoyed staying here and will certainly rent again.

  We stayed there for a week over Columbus Day week-end. having stayed in a number of beach rentals over 20 yeears, this one rates ttwo-thumbs up for comfort, cleanliness and overall loveliness. Parking is easy and convenient and the walk to the boardwalk is a breeze (as long as you can hot foot it across the "walk" signs in the intersections. Even with it being a rainy week, it was a very relaxing stay...it's a great place to escape into "beach reading" for a week! My mom is disabled and access was easy and convenient.

  My family has been vacationing in OCMD for 20 years and this past vacation was by far our best one yet due to the condo we rented. We had rented a nice house that a friend owned for years but they sold it this past Spring. Anyway.. we are glad at the way things worked out b/c we tried something new and we are glad we did. The condo is perfect and very spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need and more. The kitchen was very spacious and it was very easy to cook due to its size and all the great utensils and appliances that were provided.The location is perfect too. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk. The condo has alot of other great things to offer as well such as satellite tv, huge laundry room and nice balcony. We have been going to Fish Tales for years and this year was great b/c we could wait for our table while sittng in comfort on the condo baclony. In a nutshell, we are particular about where we stay and we will be returning to this awesome condo for as long as we can. The owners were great and very nice too:)

Additional information about rental rates

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

We do not rent to groups of students or young adults.

$350 refundable security deposit required to reserve week

One-half of rental rate due 60 days from stay; balance due 30

days from stay.

The security deposit will be processed within 10 days of the return of the keys to the unit less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

City & State Taxes = 10.5%
